Mediocre
Pros:

Samantha is extremely kind and also the lady who handles the spreadsheet. The two beds are very nice

Cons:

The studio apartment I stayed in was not clean. Sheets weren’t fresh and the housekeeper should come daily

Cons:

Shower had cold water and it was blocked, the room was smelling shit. Tv was not working. Never offered the WiFi password.

It was short, but not sweet.
Pros:

The location closer to CBD

Cons:

The bin was full from the previous guest. The water from the shower was cold. There was no extra blankets, so the room was cold with only one light blanket. There was only one small soap in the bathroom. There was no sugar or your basic supplies to make coffee.

Pros:

I like the view of table mountain
The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The smell of the room.
the toliet and the floors look dirty.
It seemed that the slide door have a problem because I couldn't open.
Also, the water from the shower wasn't warm enough
I can say it's disappointing

Staff unhelpful, was refused one roll of toilet paper, or gas to use stove and my shoes were stolen

The room was clean.

Cons:

Staff unhlepful, stayed for 4 days and could not get an additional roll of toilet paper, or gas to use stove. Also my a bag with my shoes was stolen.
