Functional, tidy, clean, useful for the city. But being in the city neighbors were noisy and the place was starting to l

Location was excellent, bed was comfy access was easy even though we arrived very late. Place was clean and well presented.

Cons:

Neighborhood was a little loud, lots of noise from upstairs and neighbors but it was Friday/Saturday night. Furnishings were getting tired, handle falling off the kitchen cupboard, could do with some hanging space in the bathroom (just put some hooks somewhere that are not the useless plastic stick on types?)

L'emplacement proche du centre, la taille du studio pour 3 adultes, la clarté des instructions pour l'arrivée.

Cons:

Attention si vous avez de grosses valises, l'accès au 2e étage se fait par escalier.

Good value in terms of price, but compromised alot.
Pros:

Great value for money and the location wasn't too far to walk from Waverley Station. Bathroom tiles were nice. Mostly we liked Julia who tried her best to help.

Cons:

The room was the top of 3 flights of stairs, the carpets on the stairs were very dirty, no lock on the inside of the door for peace of mind, televisin barely got channels, shower door wouldn't close and the small head was too low for me, sofa bed very uncomfortable and springs up if you're not careful and the biggest upset was by far the heat, lack of ventilation and lack of opening windows.

Reasonable Stay - fab location
Pros:

Super location - good sized bathroom which was very clean. Good communication from staff.

Cons:

Stairs/communal areas could be cleaner/tidier and soap/shampoo in very short supply!

We stayed in this apartment in Edinburgh for a few nights and loved it! The host was very responsive and kindly allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great bed linen and towels. We also enjoyed the welcome gift of delicious Scottish cookies!

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Cosy Apartment in the centre of the city
Pros:

It was a well maintained apartment on the basement level. Easy to access for self check in, clean facilities and very close to Princes Street, a 3 minute walk. We will definitely book again if we return to Edinburgh!

Cons:

Not a great selection of plates and bowls but that is only a minor complaint

Close enough to walk to everything....Scot's monument, Calton Hill, Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle.

There is no shower just a bath… not so convenient and it very easily floods the floor as the bath is standalone

Pros:

The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with excellent heating that warms the space quickly. A bit cramped due to its size, but overall comfortable. Location is great—near Wevelry Station (easy to reach). I appreciated that I could check out early in the morning.

Cons:

The floor was quite cold maybe should provide indoor slipper, and the shower drain seemed clogged, causing the water to drain very slowly.
