It would be nice to have a table and chairs rather than a breakfast bar as my Mum is 81

We loved everything, but maybe found it a bit noisy.

The sofa beds were a little difficult to reassemble and a little more storage space would be good but for a quick overnight stay it was spacious and comfortable.

Es una especie de airbnb. Es decir no hay personal. Te dan unos códigos para abrir la puerta. Las instalaciones son muy viejas pero eso es entendible. Lo q menos me gustó fue la limpieza. Estaba algo sucio y el baño olía mal por las tuberías, hablamos con la persona encargada y dijo q enviaría a alguien pero el olor seguía.

There was no free Wifi - and they said there was after I enquired by email. By the time they replied I had left.
The shower door would not stay closed - kept sliding open so clearly the floor was not level.
The shower drain was blocked. The bathroom floor would have flooded if I had not stopped the shower for 10 minutes and waited for the water to drain before I finished my shower.
The sachets of shampoo/conditioner and soap were pathetic. Need a pair of scissors in the shower with you to open these.
There was a minimal amount of ventilation in the room with two small levered windows to capture fresh air. It was 30 degress that day in Edinburgh, and it must have beed 38 degrees in the room.
We coul not wait to leave, and were gone by 8.:30am. Strangely, they sent a "welcome to your accomodation" email the day we left. Will not recommend. Would never go back.

My experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. I booked one night as a gift for my mother, and honestly, I felt embarrassed that I had chosen this place.

The first problem started before we even checked in. There is no one to welcome you or help you in person. The entire check-in process is online and unnecessarily complicated. You have to access a website, enter your personal information, verify your passport or ID, and pay a £300 security deposit, which they claim will be refunded within 10 days. Only then do you receive the code to collect the apartment key. If you have any questions, experience any issues, or simply don't have internet access or a working phone at that moment, you are left without any way to enter the property. In fact, their own instructions clearly state this. I found the whole process very inconvenient and far from customer-friendly.

Once we entered the apartment, the disappointment only got worse. The accommodation we were given looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. The pictures show bright apartments on the upper floors, whereas we were placed in a basement apartment that was completely different. We could constantly hear every footstep from the guests upstairs, and the floors creaked all the time.

The condition of the apartment was also unacceptable. The toilet cistern ran continuously, one of the windows had broken glass, and, worst of all, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling light fitting. Considering this involved an electrical fixture, I found it particularly concerning. I have photos and videos documenting all of these issues.

Overall, I believe the value for money was extremely poor, and I find it excessive to require a £300 security deposit for accommodation that is in such poor condition. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Advertising is not clear that it’s all open plan with a sofa bed as the second double , never got a mindless sleep with sound of people running and jumping upstairs, not being fit to open the windows for air , or not being fit to control the radiator temperature and also the shower temperature

When we arrived, one of our towels was dirty so I emailed them but I did not get any response and so I didn’t get any new towels. And on the second night, I texted them to let them know that the people on the upstairs floor were banging and talking in loud voices at 4am and was bothering my sleep but I didn’t get any response from that either.

Our room on the 2nd Floor, no lift so it not advisable for seniors like us over 60s.

Nothing significant to complain about. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Parking was tricky - you had to find and pay for somewhere offsite
You can hear every footstep from people above, but we still slept well regardless.
