Overall a disappointing experience and one that will not be repeated.
Pros:

The location was fine for my one night stay. The night porter (or person at the end of the phone) reacted well to my complaint. He requested pictures to back up my complaint.

Cons:

My first room had not been made up from the previous occupant, dirty crumpled pillows, duvet, bedsheets and towels. My second room, although clean and tidy had a broken window which had been repaired with an old cardboard box and 'gaffer tape' which had come away. The bed was not comfortable. If it hadn't been 22:00 I would have sought a refund and other accommodation.
