Pros:

Common areas and room was clean. Location was excellent - close to nature trails and the beach.

Cons:

The reception staff could use a lot of training - they are dealing with adult guests, used to hotels/AirBnbs. Not students.
The breakfast was a joke. The lady serving breakfast would only provide you with limited quantities of food. She outright denied a second hash brown. Again, they are dealing with adults - not students.
Housekeeping could use a lot of improvement. Very limited toiletry/towels provided. Sheets were not changed for a 4 night stay.
The bedsheets felt like they were made of plastic.
No a/c - understandable for Vancouver. But the fan provided was tiny.
Parking was EXPENSIVE at $26/night. This is a university campus during summer break - not downtown Vancouver!

Very nice location, small inconveniences
Pros:

The kitchen was awesome with big fridge. There were fans and air-conditioning. The location is excellent with nice neighbourhood and close to beaches.

Cons:

We didn't get enough towels (2 for a family of five), in the kitchen there weren't any glasses just mugs.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Access codes worked well and the room was basic but clean with great housekeeping staff. No noise and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

I really didn't like the parking. I hadn't added it to my hotel cost and although the centre has parking underground there were only 3 or 4 spots that you could pay and park each evening, and a short row out front but these were full. This I could understand but overnight campus parking in the north lot and on the street ends at 6. a.m.

Really good value for money. Not many bells and whistles but perfect for my stay
Pros:

I loved the breakfast. Good spread. Much better than expected

Cons:

Location is not the most central and as such transport options were limited. But this is to be expected as it is located in a university

思っていたよりはマシだったかな。
Pros:

口コミを結構読んでいて、期待してなかったからか、思っていたよりまともではあった。ホテルではなく寮と思っていれば、特に何も感じない。

Cons:

タオルを変えてくれない。掃除の札を下げていても掃除をしてくれない。

This is a very comfortable and convenient place. Staff were very helpful. Not much onsite parking
Pros:

The location, amenities and helpful staff were great.

Cons:

Lost power, clogged toilet and only one queen bed (listing said there were two queen beds). The listing also said there was a sofa bed- there was none. The staff addressed our concerns very quickly.

Not enough parking.
