Great value and perfect place to stay to visit ubc
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, the service and the location were excellent. The towels were outstanding. The beds were a bit small with thin covers and the shower was tiny.

Cons:

It was a bit cold due to thin cover. I am not a big person, at all, and shower was cramped

Great staff, fabulous location, rooms need work.
Pros:

Just a touch run down. Stains on the carpet, patches on walls in bathroom that need to be repaired, and the kitchen was not outfitted very well, e.g., no drinking glasses. But the staff were fabulous and the location fantastic.

Was okay for a one night budget stay, probably wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Good safe location, Good breakfast, quiet building, friendly staff.

Cons:

Smelly damp musty room, things felt dirty and looked dirty, no a/c and no screen on window. Hard bed. One tiny garbage can in the room. Low water pressure in shower. Aging bathroom.

Great stay at a great location
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was convenient and absolutely necessary. Great value for location, especially if you're there to visit the UBC campus

Cons:

Not much to not like. Staff was friendly and helpful. They don't have staff after a certain time, so be aware in case you might need anything after hours
