Perfect for family but not with kids under 12
Pros:

Comfortable beds, spotless apartment, great facilities. Great public transport and beach access

Cons:

No Flywire on windows that opened on 7th floor. I would not stay here with young children as there were no locks on them either

Most enjoyable, the weather was perfect so were the views
Pros:

The location, so close to restaurants and shops, short walk to the tram network
The view from the balcony was magnificent, also with the sun shining being able to enjoy breakfast there.
Two of bed were very comfortable, the third one was very hard and uncomfortable

Cons:

Not much not to like other than the dinner plates would not fit in the dishwasher
