Pros:

Everything is made to feel comfortable and cozy. We appreciate the tranqullity, the pool and the seaside on two steps. The staff is very gentle and carefull. We need to point out the warmth and decent measure of humor of Nelson and Melek. We hope to come back.

Charco yeah!!!
Pros:

The apartment was great. Spacious, great shower, great balcony. Close to the supermercado. Very quiet area. Lovely pool area. Washing machines were handy. I loved my time in Charco and hope to return soon. There's nothing in Charco del Palo but that's what make's it so relaxing.🤗

Cons:

The wifi is a disaster....more like nofi. Tv was not much better. The fridge is too small, if 4 people stay.They started clearing the site next to the apartments, so there could be construction starting sometime soon...😐The 3 restaurant/bar's were closed at the same time in july. Holiday's...🙄. The supermercado close's at 3pm. La plazita bar is very unpredictable, time wise...🙄.

Relaxed environment and pretty surroundings
Pros:

A quiet complex of 20 well appointed apartments, lovely pool, well kept grounds, real lawn :). The apartment was very clean, well appointed, and well equipped. The bed I slept in was comfortable.
Access to the site was via a key coded gate, and to the apartment via a key safe. Communications with the host were excellent with very clear instructions, including photographs.
Because of the design of the complex it was fairly sheltered from the prevailing wind. The pool was cleaned regularly and the grounds were manicured twice while I was there. the staff on site were friendly and efficient.
Just a nice relaxing place to stay.

Sin wifi con cucarachas en apartamentos sin recepción ninguna de canales de televisión ninguno sin mantenimiento de césped ni piscina y Demasiado caro por 8 días de estancia la mini nevera que no cabe ni comida ni en congelador nada en 8 días solo se limpió la piscina 2 días y el césped sin recortar ni mantenimiento ninguno y solo se veía 5 minutos Telecinco o antena 3 y se iva señal fijó la parabólica con oxido y antena 📶📡

Cons:

La falta de mantenimiento de césped y piscina y el no tener wifi ni recepción de canales de televisión ninguno por el mal estado de antena 📶📡 cables de antena y haber cucarachas apartamentos y solo dos mantas del rastro y sin horno ninguno

Tranquilidad y localizacion

Cons:

No había enchufes disponibles en las habitación. El Wifi funciona algo mal y los datos del movil por la localización tan especial no funciona bien. Pero ayuda a desconectar. Quitando esos pequeños detalles, todo fue genial.

We know the town well and was close to the sea

Cons:

Still very little choice of places to eat in the evening
Surprised someone hasn't opened a decent cafe/bar where you can get food and snacks during the day
The restaurants which I would class as average don't open until the evening
