Pros:

Location was great. Staff are friendly, both reception and front door man.

Cons:

minor repairment needed for showerhead holder, sink and bathtub water traps are used and water flow off very slowly.

Pros:

Ariosa's location is truly its biggest plus. In the early morning, I only need to walk a few steps to reach the Independence Palace, enjoying the fresh air under the ancient trees of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street. In the evening, the area is extremely lively but still retains its elegance, and it's convenient to go anywhere, from local eateries to fine-dining restaurants around Turtle Lake.

Pros:

I booked a room at Ariosa for one sole purpose: to turn off my phone and catch up on sleep after a week of working on a project. I swear, the mattress here is incredibly firm, fitting my back perfectly without sinking too deeply. I pulled the curtains, turned the air conditioner to 24 degrees, and slept from 2 PM until the next morning. Finding a place like this in the heart of District 3 is truly a lifesaver.

The location was fantastic and there were daily room cleaning services. There was also laundry services that we used twice. The room was spacious and has natural lighting.

I hoped there would be hand wash and at least two toilet rolls.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the location was good. The kitchenette was nice, although the bed was a bit hard. Towels need to be ordered separately and the bathroom was a bit outdated. Overall, I slept well and had a pleasant stay.

Value for money, perfect stay in a crazy city!
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel! You're welcomed by lovely staff who sit on a communal co-working'esk table in the lobby. The room was lovely and packed with everything you need - it felt like being in a little urban treehouse! The area is perfect, just on the edge of busy and mad Zone 1. I loved staying here.

The shower was cold!

Pros:

Das Hotel ist an einer guten Lage. Obwohl es an einer Hauptstrasse liegt, konnten wir vom Lärmen draussen nichts hören.

Cons:

Unser Fenster blickte direkt in das Treppenhaus. Wir mussten daher die Vorhänge immer zugezogen lassen, da wir uns sonst beobachtet fühlten. Die Badewanne hat keinen Duschvorhang, weshalb es etwas schwierig war zu duschen ohne, dass das Bad überflutet.
