Bersih n byk kemudahan.Tv pun berfungsi dgn baik...

Tiada air-conditioning, seterika n papan penggosok pun kurang berkualiti.Pintu tidak bergrill n balcony pun kosong tiada kerusi.

I won't book fr home stay but will take fr hotel instead.

Cons:

When I reached there, I went to the counter to get the key unfortunately I was asked to call a number for the key. I called many times, but the call was not answered. When I SMS there is no reply also. While I was calling again, I got WhatsApp and I was asked to go and get the key at the locker. But there were a lot of communication like asking the booking number, date check in and son on though I have already paid the amount and reflected in the credit card statement and I gave the print screen via Whatapp. Then I thought I could have just booked directly the room from the hotel and get the key at the counter instead of calling someone who owned the apartment and deal with. We travel from KL and after few hours upon arrival we were tired and really expecting to go in take shower and relax. Unfortunately, we hv to wait unnecessarily for the administrative matters via phone with the owner. Next time my family has requested to book directly from the hotel not from homestay type.

⭐ 1/5 – Worst stay I have ever experienced

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and future guests deserve to know what they may be walking into.

The check-in process was already a bad start. Although check-in was supposed to be in the afternoon, we had to wait until around 4pm just to receive the unit number and keys. After a long journey to Genting, the last thing anyone wants is to be left waiting with no proper update.

When we finally entered the unit, we were shocked by the condition of the property. The accommodation was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely different from the standard we expected based on the listing.

Some of the issues we found included:

* Mold and dirt around the unit
* Insects present inside the property
* A refrigerator that appeared unclean and poorly maintained
* Dusty beds and stained bedding
* Torn and stained curtains
* An oily and dirty gas stove
* Bathrooms with a strong unpleasant odor resembling urine and stagnant waste
* Excessive dust throughout the unit
* Water heater issues that made the stay even more uncomfortable

One member of our group suffers from dust allergies and started experiencing symptoms shortly after entering the unit.

We immediately contacted the management and requested either a replacement unit or a refund. Both requests were refused. We were informed that no other units were available and that a refund could not be processed at that time.

The response from management was slow and frustrating. We spent hours waiting for assistance. Housekeeping only arrived very late at night, close to midnight. Unfortunately, the cleaning carried out did not resolve the main hygiene concerns. The bathroom odor remained, and the overall condition of the unit was still unacceptable. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff left without properly updating us on what had been done.

Good location, Easy check in and Out. Good communication with host. Cleanliness can improve.

Bedroom:
Dust on bedroom walls, doors, lampshades and dining lights. Cabinets has mould smell. Moulds on bathroom tiles, toilet seat were unclean. May need to add shower curtain to prevent wetness all over the bathroom floor.

Living room :
Has no blackout curtains. TV has only local channels.

Kitchen:
Has small roaches.

Gym access not included in the card.
