Will 100% be coming back for a longer stay.
Pros:

Great location. The pool was excellent. Rooms were very clean and well furnished. Staff incredibly helpful. The bar was very reasonably priced.

Appartamento nuovo e moderno completo di tutto
Pros:

Posizione strategica a metà dell’isola e vicino al lungomare, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, appartamento nuovo e moderno con tutti i servizi possibili, dalle asciugamani al kit cortesia. L’appartamento era fornito di tutto nella cucina. Soprattutto era molto pulito, e le pulizie erano giornaliere con cambio asciugamani se richiesto.
C’è anche una stanza chiamata di cortesia che offre la possibilità di cambiarsi e fare la doccia dopo il check out, compresa di asciugamani fornite.
Parcheggio lungo la strada, facile da trovare e sicuro.
È stato tutto perfetto, spero di ritornarci

Superb choice to stay in Puerto del carmen.
Pros:

We had a fabulous time here. The apartment, balcony and pool was lovley. We enjoyed using the snack bar in the shade and the warm hot tub too.The air con was brilliant! We also appreciated regular cleaning and towels exchange. After many many years coming to Puerto del carmen staying in numerous apartments, some several times, this one defintely stands out and we intend to return.

Cons:

The wifi was patchy. Didnt bother me as like a break from phones but partner was getting annoyed at times.

Great Stay
Pros:

Easy access. Quiet pool area. No issues with sunbeds in the middle 2 weeks of July. 5 mins to the main strip. Plenty of books to swap. Nice little poolside bar serving food and drink. Washing machine and dryer facilities. Fine size apartment, walk in shower, Plenty of room for clothes etc. Very comfortable beds. Kettle microwave, toaster in kitchen. TV in bedroom and living room. Fine size balcony with 2 sunbeds.

Cons:

Could have done with a sweeping brush. Bed clothes need to be changed more than once a week.

La amabilidad de lo empleados y el trabajo que hacen, en las habitaciones, en las instalaciones, en todo

Cons:

La única pega (y es tonta a más no poder) que la piscina es de sal jajaja y tenía algo de arena, pero es normal vaya… pero es un 10!!!!

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The pool was fantastic, always ample sun loungers. The apartment was spotless, large enough for two people to not feel cramped. Modern with good amenities. Air conditioning was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and obliging. They allow you to rent beach towels for the pool (€10 each) which is returned upon handing the towels back in, good to know so you can save space in the suitcases and don’t have to go buying them!

Cons:

Some guests were reserving sun loungers under umbrellas with towels and then leaving for large stints of time. This wasn’t ideal as the heat and UV were extremely high during our stay, and we didn’t always get an umbrella for shade so had to limit our time at the pool some days. The WiFi also was not working for us, and no matter what we tried, we couldn’t get it to. Wasn’t a massive deal as we had 5G but maybe something to note for those that would not have internet access.
