Von der Unterkunft waren wir enttäuscht. Trotz das wir uns an die Rezeption gewandt haben, schien man dort überfordert

fajny nowy obiekt,ale pokoje trochę smutne

Es war unfassbar laut in dem Essensaal, man musste sehr laut sprechen um überhaupt seinen Gegenüber zu verstehen. Das Buffet am Abend ist zwar abwechslungsreich aber an der Auswahl ist auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben. Das Frühstück ist dafür aber besser, jedoch ist der Saal egal zu welcher Zeit am Tag überfüllt und man wird gefühlt fast umgerannt und angerempelt. Das Personal ist auch sichtlich gestresst.

Wir haben die Deluxe Suite mit Meerblick gebucht. Als wir eingecheckt haben mussten wir mit Bedauern feststellen, dass wir keinen Meerblick haben. Auf Nachfrage ob das Zimmer getauscht werden kann, da dies anders gebucht und bestätigt wurde hat die Dame am Empfang mitgeteilt, dass unter dieser Kategorie nur 3 Zimmer verfügbar wären jedoch alle belegt sind. Uns wurde angeboten am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen und haben zugestimmt. Ich bat um einen Ausgleich bezüglich des Zimmers und des Fehlers vom Hotel und wir haben nur das Abendbuffet angeboten bekommen. Das beträgt 140 Zloty pro Person, pro Abend. Wir haben aber über 2.000 Zloty für das Wochenende bezahlt. Das ist als Ausgleich sehr makaber. Das Zimmer haben wir am nächsten Tag auch leider erst gegen 15:30 Uhr bekommen… Die ganze Planung war einfach eine Katastrophe. Eine Teilerstattung des Preises konnte uns nicht zugesagt werden, da wir über Booking gebucht haben. (Sinnloses Argument)

Das Spa ist meiner Meinung nach nicht grade entspannend. Es war voll mit Kindern die geschrien haben. (Das war beim Frühstück/Abendessen ebenfalls so)
Es gibt 2 Saunen die sehr klein waren. 2 Dampfbäder, wovon eines außer Betrieb war. 1 Whirlpool war draußen, der sehr klein war und 1 großer im Innenbereich.

Im großen und Ganzen muss man zu diesem Hotel Sagen: einmal und nie wieder. Hier bekommt man alles andere als ein Entspannungs- oder Wellnessurlaub. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
