Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa, e o balcão é espaçoso o suficiente para o poder aproveitar. A resposta para as mensagens foi rápida.

Cons:

A limpeza poderia ter sido um pouco melhor, o banheiro em específico tinha muitos traços de mofo - infelizmente é algo que a maioria das casas de Porto sofre. Fora isso, nos deram toalhas e roupa de cama limpas e confortáveis.

Everything was clean, tidy, and very cozy. Of course, if you really wanted to, you could find a few minor things to complain about, but they are completely outweighed by all the positives. For the price, this place is excellent — a great room and a perfect location.
A special thank you for the airport transfer. We were picked up at the airport and taken directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient after a long journey.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto!

Cons:

Chegar na hora do check-in a hora que tinha dito e estar o quarto todo ainda por limpar. E outra coisa, sendo portugues, é uma falta de respeito que enviem tudo em ingles, uma pessoa nao é obrigada a falar essa lingua... e sabiam muito bem que era portugues porque sempre respondi em portugues.

Muy lindo departamento y muy buena distribución. La ubicación era impecable.

Cons:

El baño es muy pequeño, incómodo y peligroso. La habitación tiene una pared de cartón que da a la calle y que transmite mucho calor en el día y frio en la noche, situación que me dejó enfermo la segunda noche. Se agradecería que tuvieran un sartén en la cocina, es algo básico.

La posizione era ottima.

Cons:

La stanza era veramente molto calda e la finestra non bastava a raffrescarla. Non ci sono zanzariere o simili e questo ha fatto entrare qualche zanzara e qualche moscerino. Il bagno è una doccia in camera riconvertita in bagno, è tutto molto stretto e mal organizzato. È difficile fare la doccia, soprattutto se una persona è più "grossa" o alta della media.

Apartamento ideal para dos o tres personas.

Cons:

Solicitamos por la mañana un juego de sábanas y edredón al pasar frío la noche anterior. Nos contestaba todo el tiempo una IA (sino lo parecía) con la que perdimos mucho tiempo. No fue hasta la noche a la hora de dormir, después de haber perdido tiempo de manera repetida, que, nos contestaron simplemente que tiene un costo de 30 euros. Hubiésemos querido pagar o no, que me parece un abuso... Tuvimos que dormir igualmente sin lo solicitado. También informamos de que la cafetera no nos había funcionado y tampoco pudimos usarla. Atención al cliente pésima. No pasar frío creo que es algo básico en un alojamiento y tener una cafetera para el desayuno.

Cafard et blattes se promenais dans location.
Pas d'eau chaude.
Les prises ne marchent pas.
Les poubelles de salles de bain pas vidés.
Urine autour des WC
Poils et cheveux sur le sol.
Humidité et odeurs très présentes.
Savons ouvert et déjà utilisés. Lavabo non nettoyé.

Perfect in every way
Pros:

Very central location! It was so easy to to get everywhere we needed to, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the view from the balcony was divine (there were 6/7 resident cats that we watched from above every morning over a coffee) I would definitely stay again!

Cons:

The sink had a slight leak but it did not have a massive effect on us whatsoever
