The service contact was prompt in answering and very polite. The location is great. Everything is clean. The safe is easy to use. Washing machine works, but needs translation.

Noisy private apartment. Difficult to contact owner and get support

Amazing rooftop pool. Good views of the bay and Pattaya

Cons:

This is a private apartment. Not a hotel. There’s no cleaning staff or bedding change. I requested an extra towel because it’s so hot and I shower a lot but it ended with a Mexican standoff with a random maid as she wouldn’t give me a fresh towel until I handed over the used towel. 31 floors. Only 3 lifts so always waiting for the elevator. No staff on site, no front reception. Very noisy from the nearby bars until 2am. I thought I was sleeping in a disco. Noisy hallway, can hear people talking and coming and going all night.
