Апартаменты находятся в историческом центре Стамбула , на тихой улочке, вся улица состоит из небольших домиков с апартаментами, которые управляются одной компанией
Персонал очень приветливый, большое спасибо им за все!

Постельное белье и полотенца были вполне хорошим, уборка была ежедневная.
Цена была очень гуманная, мы купились на фотографии, которым видимо более 20 лет.
Возможно другие апартаменты в этом комплексе лучше, но нам не очень повезло
Желаю владельцам найти возможность произвести ремонт

Cons:

Мы жили в апартаментах Rose Mansion в цокольном этаже.
Состояние апартаментов просто удручающее, все максимально старое и изношенное. Запах канализации, грибок на стенах, выключатели и розетки с торчащими их стены проводами, не горящие лампочки, мебель 20-25 летней давности , если ещё не древнее. Плита и вытяжка не работали.

Buona sistemazione ai piani superiori ma non nel seminterrato.
Pros:

Dopo lo spostamento nell'appartamento al secondo piano: struttura pulita con servizio di pulizia quotidiano, doccia ben funzionante e letti mediamente comodi, posizione buona.

Cons:

Inizialmente avevamo prenotato l'appartamento al piano seminterrato. All'arrivo purtroppo si è rivelata una pessima scelta: forte odore di scarico persistente, pareti scrostate per forte umidità, cavi elettrici esposti, luce molto scarsa e frigorifero molto rumoroso.
Dopo aver presentato il problema alla reception ci è stato proposto di spostarci nell'appartamento al secondo piano,che per fortuna era libero, con un sovrapprezzo di pochi euro a notte. Abbiamo accettato e ci siamo spostati fin da subito trovando una sistemazione di gran lunga migliore.
Qualche miglioramento nell'appartamento al secondo piano si potrebbe comunque apportare come aggiungere almeno una sedia al tavolo (ce ne sono solo 2) e aggiungere qualche stoviglie in più. Non è molto attrezzato per cucinare. È sufficiente per colazione e poco altro.

Für eine Nacht sicherlich ausreichend, für mehrere Tage würde ich etwas anderes buchen
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Das Haus war von außen schön anzusehen. Obwohl es bei unserer Ankunft schon spät war, wartete man bereits auf uns und wir wurden sofort in die Unterkunft gebracht, denn die Rezeption liegt ein paar Häuser weiter entfernt auf der gegnüberliegenden Straßenseite. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es wurde täglich gesäubert, die Mülleimer geleert, das Zimmer aufgeräumt und die Betten gemacht. Die Betten waren gut. Es gab mehr als genug Handtücher.

Cons:

Das WLAN hat zuerst überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Wir haben das angegeben. Wir mussten darauf warten, dass sich jemand darum kümmerte. Das hat unsere Planung eingeschränkt. Dann funktionierte es, aber auch nicht sehr gut. Am letzten Tag hat es erneut nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer wurde als mit Küche ausgestattet angeboten, es handelte sich aber nur um ein Waschbecken ohne Herd. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank. Der Frühstückstisch war eher ein Campingtisch von 50x50 cm, so dass man gar nicht alles richtig auf den Tisch stellen konnte. Es gab zwar Teller, aber nur zwei Tassen, was für uns zu wenig war. Überhaupt war die Ausstattung beim Geschirr und Besteck etwas spärlich, ein Brotmesser gab es z.B. auch nicht. Es gab kein Geschirrtuch, was lästig war, weil wir dann immer die Handtücher zweckentfremden mussten.
Der Herr an der Rezeption am letzten Tag begrüßte einen kaum und war überhaupt nicht so freundlich wie von anderen Gästen beschrieben, sondern beschränkte sich nur auf die Annahme des Schlüssels.
Ich würde dort vermutlich nicht nochmals wohnen wollen.

Exceptional stay – highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel has a perfect location! The apartments were well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful and assisted with every request. The bedding was clean, and the rooms were cleaned daily. I will definitely be back!

Cons:

As for me, there were no downsides. I spent very little time in the apartments, as I was out exploring all day. After a busy day in Istanbul, all I needed was a shower and a good night's sleep, and this place provided exactly that!

Zimmer Tausch gesprochen in kürzester Zeit war es erledigt! Kann es nur empfehlen wir waren 2 erwachsene 2 Kinder im alter von. 17 und 13 voll ausreichend. Echt schön eingerichtet und jeden Tag wurde unser Zimmer mit frischen Handtücher Badezücher gefüllt und gesäubert. Großes Danke an das Personal ah ja eines muss ich noch erwähnen die Heizkörper sind der Hammer also kalt wird es einem sicherlich nicht 😊 richtig warm

Pros:

Этот номер расположен на первом этаже. В номере было очень тепло. Горячая/холодная вода, электричество - все было постоянно. В номере две раздельные комнаты. Одни окна выходят на тихую улицу, а другие в соседний двор. Звукоизоляция более - менее нормальная, хотя какие-то звуки с улицы и из коридора вы будете слышать по-любому. Ванная комната достаточно просторная, душевая кабина не тесная, слив работал нормально. Кухня расположена в коридоре, между комнатами. Полноценно готовить у вас не получится. Газовой плиты нету, вытяжки тоже. Можно сделать себе чай и воспользоваться микроволновкой. Есть маленький холодильник.
Парковки возле номера нету. Под окнами машину тоже не поставишь, - улица узкая. Поэтому машину придется оставлять метров за 100 от номера, за углом.
В целом достаточно чисто, хотя видно что ремонт уже не свежий.
Администрация находится в другом здании, рядом, напротив через дорогу. Там есть табличка.
WI-FI был нормальный, когда он был. Периодически он пропадал. Мы ходили к администратору, они что-то перегружали. WI-FI появлялся, но потом через какое-то время пропадал снова.
Кондиционеры есть. Простыни, полотенца - все было чистым. Туалетная бумага была.
В общем - нормальные арартаменты, для двух - трёх человек как раз отлично.
