Pros:

We spent 6 nights at Old Hagia Sophia Pansion (May 23 – May 29) and were extremely satisfied. The accommodation was very pleasant and felt cozy, just like staying in a private apartment, which suited us perfectly as a family.
The location is excellent—all the main sights are within easy walking distance. The surrounding area is also very family-friendly, with parks featuring playgrounds for children nearby, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants, so everything we needed was close by. Excelent roof terrace.
A huge plus was the host’s approach. He communicated actively with us from the start, arranged reliable transport to and from the airport, which saved us a lot of trouble. Upon arrival, he kindly marked the main sights on a map for us, explained the public transport options, and provided many other useful tips.
We had everything we needed during our stay and felt very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenient and authentic accommodation in the heart of Istanbul. We would love to come back!

Great location.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion, en zona tranquila pero muy cerca de todos los sitios de interes. Departamento espacioso y con buena luz. Supermercado, minimarkets, restaurantes cercanos.Muy buena comunicación con el propietario y recepción

Cons:

El agua de la ducha con poca presion. Podrían tener mas utensilios de cocina.

We couldn't have wished for a better location, would recommend to friends.
Pros:

Perfect location for our 5 day stay - we really couldn't have wished for better - so close to walk to everything and the area is really lovely, even late at night. The beds are comfy and the apartment clean, zero complaints. The equipment is not modern, but for the price it's great value for money (hence the score). We had the 2 bedroom appartment for 3 adults, we didn't go up to the roof much as we were out all the time, but it was a beautiful view from up there. There is no view from the small kitchen terrasse, but it was handy to be able to keep the door open and have a breeze in the apartment. Good communication and helpful receptionist who lives on site so always available even when we arrived really early in the morning.

Чистота в номере и на кухне.
Приветственные бутылка воды, чай, кофе дают возможность заехать и немного отдохнуть.
Персонал вежливо и очень подробно рассказал и показал на карте и скинул ссылки основные важные объекты.

Был не комфортен звук вентиляции в ванной, но мы нашли выход, включая свет рядом с раковиной)
