Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est idéalement situé, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Nous voyagions en famille avec notre petit garçon de 7 ans, qui s’est énormément amusé tout au long du séjour. Il a particulièrement apprécié la piscine extérieure ainsi que la piscine intérieure du spa, ce qui a été un vrai plus pour nous. Les installations sont de qualité, l’environnement est agréable et tout a contribué à rendre notre séjour très confortable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Excellent service and a comfortable stay with a beautiful room view.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bodrum. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. Its central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, restaurants, marina, and nearby beaches with quick and easy access to all areas of Bodrum.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bodrum!

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were kindly upgraded from a studio apartment to a one-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the upgraded room was not working, and as the hotel was fully booked, we were unable to change rooms that evening. Although this was initially frustrating, the staff resolved the situation promptly the next morning and moved us to our original studio apartment, which had a lovely view. We appreciated the team’s efforts to address the issue professionally and ensure the rest of our stay was comfortable.

We stayed at Jasmine Elite Residence and Spa at the end of April and the beginning of May and enjoyed our stay very much.
The rooms had everything we needed and were cleaned regularly, including the dishes.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We booked half board, and the food was delicious — both the breakfast buffet and the dinners. Dinner could be chosen from a menu and included soup, salad, a main course, and dessert, all served restaurant-style by extremely friendly waiters.
The hotel has three outdoor pools with ambient-temperature water and one indoor pool in the spa area with warm water (a swimming cap is required there). The pool areas and surrounding territory were very clean and well maintained.
The sea is very close, but it's better to wear swimming shoes for more comfortable swimming.
