Friendly stuff and good service received. Pls issue two cards for persons sharing a room.

Staff willingness to assist

Cons:

Having being issued one access card for two people sharing a room. When we had different roles to ay the Congress and time differed, we struggled accessing the room and had no lights as we had to await each other and got stuck in the process.

Everything was exceptional, the staff very kind, the outdoor area just took my breath as most hotel don't offer such space, not to mention the restaurant being complemented by the bar it was just exquisite and definitely one of the gems of pretoria

I had a pleasant night!!! It was calm and quiet.

The place was very clean. My room was warm and bed very comfortable. Keep it up, you're on the right track!!
