Un endroit que nous aimerions garder pour nous
Pros:

L’emplacement exceptionnel, à 2 pas du palais des Normands et du Centre historique,
Accueil vraiment charmant jusqu’à nous accompagner pour nous garer!
Bâtiment historique, décoration design, chambre confortable et petit déjeuner pantagruélique.
Et que dire de la piscine dans une ancienne eglise !
Nous reviendrons !

Pros:

Lo staff cordiale e molto disponibile.
Buona colazione, con ottima frutta fresca tagliata al momento.

Cons:

Non c’è parcheggio, la piscina non è nella stessa struttura e bisogna arrivare tramite delle viuzze del centro storico!
In camera non c’è neanche una scrivania.

A comfortable, friendly, and beautiful place to stay in the heart of Palermo
Pros:

The location was perfect for seeing all the sites we wanted to. The owner and staff were so warm and friendly. The went above and beyond expectations. The room was charming and comfortable. We loved the vibe of the whole place.

Cons:

With a balcony on the street it did have its moments of being loud. We woke up one night with what sounded like kids playing football in the street. But that wasn't the hotels fault.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, all the staff were very welcoming, hospitable and very friendly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. And they gave some great recommendations for local restaurants.

Ik had een geweldig verblijf!
Pros:

De ligging was heel goed om het oude gedeelte van Palermo te bezoeken. Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer comfortabele kamer. Prachtig gerenoveerd gebouw met veel oog voor detail en erfgoed. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Het zwembad in de gezellige binnentuin was een ware luxe om te kunnen afkoelen en tot rust te komen van alle drukte.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt is het straatlawaai. Maar dat hoort nu eenmaal bij logeren in de stad en typeert Palermo.

Strange behaviour from owner - seems to have a problem with Israeli nationals

The owner seems to have a problem with Israeli nationals. He asked me where I was from and when I replied back ‘Israel’, he replied back to me “Palestine”. I could have sworn I heard him say “Palestine”. It turns out that the owner is a local from Palermo and not an Arab so clearly he is a Sicilian with problem with the existence of the state of Israel. Otherwise, how else would you explain this idiotic reply. Very baffling indeed, and therefore, I do not recommend to Israelis, Jews, and any other dignified person to book a room in this hotel. I would very much welcome a response to clarify what happened there and I am willing to adjust my review accordingly. An apology will also be welcomed.

Fantastiskt 🙌 bemötande, härlig välkomstdricka med tilltugg och en underbar frukost.
Pros:

Allt var bra 👍 Fantastisk ägare som mötte oss på gatan för att därefter parkera vår bil 🚗. När vi skull åka därifrån så körde han vår bil ett par kilometer så att vi lättare skulle kunna köra ut mot flygplatsen. Så vänligt!

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut , … der Rest des Hotels eher bescheiden .

Cons:

Was mir absolut nicht gefallen hat : es gibt im Umkreis von 5 km absolut nichts ! Weder Restaurant noch sonst etwas !
