We wouId stay there again !
Pros:

Breakfast and pool, very friendly staff and I love that it was eclectic . I wouId say it’s a unique hotel . Very generous with the water and drinks and snack . It feels cozy . If you don’t like chains , it’s the place to be . Great location .

Cons:

Maybe proper cups instead of plastic one . The rest was great

A great place to stay for a warm welcome to Palermo and being close to the historic sites.
Pros:

Very friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel was great fun with all its interesting decorations and it felt very authentic to Sicily. Breakfast was huge with plenty of choice…all served to your table, and the staff were most generous with water, delicious local food and wine! Thank you so much for a delightful stay.

Pros:

Localisation idéale, personnel accueillant et attentionné, petit déjeuner gargantuesque, un directeur aux petits soins en permanence. Une piscine très agréable pour les fins de journée de visite de cette belle ville.

Lovely pool and service
Pros:

We had to book one night due to a cancelled flight. We had a warm welcome with something to eat and drink, and an upgrade of the room. Pool and jacuzzi were amazing during these warm days.

Cons:

Shower temperature wasn’t controllable, so it was a gamble to see how long it took before it got too hot and then too cold again.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag sehr liebevoll an den Tisch gebracht. Beim Check-in gab es eine kleine Einweisung mit Tipps und Erklärungen wo sich etwas befindet, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir bekamen sogar ein Upgrade für unser Zimmer und hatten somit einen Balkon. Das Hotel hat einen ganz besonderen Stil, es lohnt sich definitiv.

Cons:

Der Weg vom Zentrum zum Hotel waren etwas weit, aber ansonsten gab's nichts auszusetzen.

Atypique, excellente experience, y aller les yeux fermés
Pros:

L'endroit est atypique et absolument charmant, on se croirait dans un musée... Mais sans sacrifier au confort (la baignoire à bulle dans la chambre je ne m'y attendais pas). Le quartier peut faire peur en arrivant... Mais vu les rues de Palerme, cela fait parti du flolkore. On accède à une cour/piscine en traversant une ruelle et on a l'impression de se baigner dans l'enceinte abandonnée d'une église. Absolument génial. Le personnel est adorable, de très bon conseil pour les repas. Petit déjeuner presque trop copieux...

Stay couldn’t have been better. Amazing staff amazing venue amazing location.
Pros:

We loved everything from start to finish. We were greeted with amazing staff who welcomed us with food and wine which was lovely after a long travel. Our room was upgraded with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The room and bathroom was immaculate! The pool facilities were gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have done more for us. Great location only few minutes from lovely restaurants and the cathedral. We plan to get married in Palermo next year and will be recommending this to our guests.

Boutique hotel is good description of the facility but can do better on things within their control.
Pros:

Staff was excellent. Front desk reception was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was included which was quite welcomed and good. Location was conducive to key areas of Palermo.

Cons:

Quirky hotel. Staff was excellent, professional and friendly. Our room was excessively small. No room to hang or lay out clothing. Space just barely fit the queen-sized bed. Bathroom equally small. Water for the shower was inconsistent at best. Several times we had no water in shower at all.
