Otroligt mysigt och väldigt trevlig personal!
Pros:

Poolen var jättehärlig, ren och fräsch. Det var så härligt att ligga där innan vi fått våra rum. Personalen var helt outstanding. Otroligt service minded och visade otrolig hospitality! Väldigt trevlig frukost och fika/ snacks! Verkligen jättetrevligt ställe!

Sono capitata al Porta di Castro un po' per caso, a causa della cancellazione del mio volo, ma non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. Fin dal primo momento il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cortese e disponibile, facendomi sentire subito a mio agio. La camera era splendida, curata in ogni dettaglio, e la colazione davvero eccellente, con un'ampia scelta e prodotti di qualità. Ho trascorso anche diverse ore nella hall lavorando al computer e lo staff è stato sempre eccezionale e premuroso, assicurandosi che non mi mancasse nulla. Un'esperienza che ha trasformato un imprevisto di viaggio in un ricordo davvero piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

Extrêmement bien décoré et insolite. Espace piscine exceptionnel. Quartier très ancien mais extrêmement calme a deux pas des plus fameux monuments et à 5 minutes du carrefour des grandes boutiques. Propriétaire aux petits soins. Un plus spécial pour l'accueil du soir avec Rosalia!

Familiäre Betreuung. Weg vom Mainstream. Zentrale Lage nahe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Morgenmarkt.

Kein Aussicht. Ist in den engen Gassen der Innenstadt auch nicht zu erwarten.

Mon séjour a été décevant.

Le jacuzzi extérieur était brûlant et donc totalement inutilisable. le personnel est entré dans ma chambre sans même frapper à la porte, ce qui est inacceptable et ne respecte pas l'intimité des clients.

L'insonorisation est catastrophique : j'entendais absolument tout ce qui se passait autour de ma chambre. Il m'a été impossible de dormir correctement. Au final, je n'ai même pas passé la nuit dans l'hôtel tant les conditions étaient mauvaises.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Lovely hotel with great staff who went above and beyond, the pool and spa were particularly welcome considering the weat

Pros:

El trato del personal es espectacular. Nos recogieron el coche para aparcarlo porque para nosotros el tráfico de Palermo lo hacia imposible. Nos recibieron en el hotel con un refresco y un aperitivo. El desayuno es inmejorable, muy variado y mucha cantidad.

Really good one
Pros:

This hotel was actually our safe net, as out booked-in-advance apartment cancelled on us 2 hours before check in. And we're really happy it happened. Great location, nicely furnished hotel and rooms. Right after checking we were instructed of all the interesting places in the city that we should visit and it was very helpful :)
The breakfast was amazing and if you have breakfast included, be prepared that you'd be full for the whole day.

Cons:

It's not smth that we didn't like, as it was our deliberate choice to stay but may be useful for someone: We had the room on the 1st floor, and it actually didn't have a proper window. Like it had, but the window was facing the courtyard, which means that it was kinda dark in the room. We were offered another one, with the balcony, but decided to stay for that one night as we already unpacked and it meant additional cleaning for the hotel staff. For longer stay we would have definitely accepted the offer.
