Pros:

The owner was amazing, very involved with ensuring the guests were happy and enjoying their stay.
The spay was great. I suggest going for a larger room, as they are all different and unique. The rest of the staff were always polite and very keen to help.

Cons:

Probably should have booked earlier and booked a larger room.

Average stay in a good location
Pros:

Great location, close to the Cathedral and Palazzo

Cons:

I would not consider this a 4 star hotel and calling it a luxury boutique hotel and spa is a bit of a stretch. The pool is very average, and is down an alley outside the hotel. The rooms are quirky but there is a lot of noise from other rooms and from the plumbing system.

If you’re very short, a great place to stay.
Pros:

Wonderful and helpful staff, huge breakfasts, artistic touches everywhere. We felt well taken care of.

Cons:

We were on the fourth floor, which was too short to be an actual room - more of a crawl space / attic. We are only 170cm but could never stand up straight in the room.

Pros:

Ontvangst was super!
De ligging was top.
Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid.
De kamer was prachtig!
Eigenaar hielp met parkeren, dit was nogal krap :)
En hij hielp met het boeken van een tuktuk met korting.

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast in de kamer. Wij zaten op de begane grond en dit was vlakbij de receptie en het ontbijt. Ook alle gasten die binnenkwamen savonds laat hoor je gewoon langs je kamer lopen en hoor je praten.

Perfect location, with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful offering tips on what to visit. The pool, across a small street from the main hotel building, is in a unique and beautiful setting surrounded by old buildings and is well kept with shower and toilet facilities. The breakfast was large and varied with Sicilian pastries.

Cons:

Our room fridge was a bit old, and some lightbulbs needing replacing in our room
… the pool isn’t heated so in October it was quite cool - although we did expect that. The hot tub wasn’t that hot.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ein Traum. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Das servierte Frühstück ist fabelhaft. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Der Parkplatz inkl. Parkservice von Allesandro ist sein Geld wert. Auf Anfragen wird sofort und freundlich reagiert. Alles Top!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist selbst leider nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Die Straßen sind teils sehr, sehr eng in Palermo und die Parkplätze eher rar. Das Hotelpersonal hilft hier aber und dann klappt es wirklich gut.

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et bienveillant. Toujours disponible.
Le lieu est magnifique et très atypique avec une situation géographique parfaite pour découvrir Palerme à pied.
Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et varié.

Cons:

La pression dans la douche est très limite ainsi que la gestion de thermostat.
On apprécierait un pommeau de douche manuel et non pas un simple plafonnier.

A revoir également l'insonorisation des chambres très très moyenne.

Aussicht auf Hinterhof katastrophal, Bauschuttablage und Kabel-Durcheinander
Frühstückraum sehr einfach eingerichtet, die Croissants haben wir uns selbst besorgt in dem Bäckerladen nebenan.
Viel der Ware, die einfach auf den Tisch gestellt wurde , blieb ungegessen und ENTSORGT!!!
