Pros:

Дуже зручне розташування, у самому центрі, вид з вікна прям на Ратушу.
Сам номер затишний, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання.
А ще дуже зручно, що можна залишити речі на рецепції до поселення і після виселення, це дуже виручає.

Cons:

Єдина незручність, до 10 ранку ліфтом не має змоги користуватися, якщо до 10 виселятися, то треба нести валізи по сходах.

I am absolutely delighted with the accommodation! Will definitely stay here again and recommend :)
Pros:

The accommodation is incredible. It was clean, in the very center of the city - your windows will overlook the town hall. Very nice staff, always ready to help. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay - clean towels, shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer, kettle, cutlery, microwave. The price is just wow for such a place! It is very convenient that with a suitcase you can go up by elevator through the hotel next door, at other times - you have a separate exit and entrance via the stairs. The hotel restaurant is right on your floor, but they always clearly close by 10:00 PM and so there were no inconveniences regarding noise.

Cons:

The only issue was the not very fast, and sometimes not working at all, WiFi((

Pros:

На сніданок є вибір з 3х ресторанів, просторий номер з усім необхідним. Розташування шикарне - навпроти ратуші.

Cons:

Дуже різкий запах у ванній, припускаю каналізації. Витяжка нажаль не спасала.
В номері були чай і кавовий дріп - дріп розвалився коли заливав окропом.

Pros:

Excellent location right in the city center. The room was clean, check-out was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The pillows were too flat. Breakfast is provided via vouchers that can be used at one of three partner cafés, but only one of them opens at 9:00 AM. This is inconvenient if you have an early departure. It is also inconvenient that guests need to go to the reception of a different hotel to collect the vouchers. I don’t understand why they cannot simply be provided at check-in. Additionally, despite calling in advance to confirm my arrival time, I still had to wait around 20 minutes before I could check in.

Вартість номера не відповідає якості обслугувпння та номеру, навіть, якщо це центр міста.
Pros:

1. Сподобався сніданок, дійсно був дуже смачний. Великий за розміром.
2. Кафе на даху з гарним краєвидом. Чекали 20 хвилин.

Cons:

1. Номер, який нам надав готель, обравши по фото Booking.com, виявился з вікном, яке виходило на велику трубу кондиціонування з ресторану у двір.
Труба з ресторану гуділа вдень і вночі. Вікно аутентичне (деревʼяне) без шумоізоляціі, тому шума багато.
З даху доносилися голоса з кафе на даху.
Відпочити не вдалося. Шумно.
2. Вночі виявилося, що штора не блекаут та пропускає світло на 70 процентів. Вночі в номері світло.
3. Ліжко було помʼяте
4. Замок на дверях, що у ванну, не працював
5. Стосовно ресторану на Даху: треба бронювати місця. Міст ввечері немає.
6. Речі на третій заносили самотужки.
7. На дві особи нам надали один ключ. Прийшлося просити другий. Бо поки один спить, інший залишити кімнату не може.
8. Треба розуміти, що таксі не мають права заїжджати до самого культурного центру, тому розраховуйте на це, якщо багато великих валіз. Прийдеться пішки до таксі три квартали йти.
9. Якщо хочете насолоджуватись кафе на даху, то не обовʼязково перебувати в цьому отелі, можна просто завітати.

Результат: в 22.00 нас поселили для ночівлі в іншій номер, а зранку, перенервувавши та втомлені, ми проспали таксі в подорож.

Very nice place to stay in the heart of Lviv
Pros:

Very amazing stuff, everything you need in the room.

Cons:

The weird smell in the bathroom, and the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work. Also, it’s hard to get the heavy suitcase up the ancient stairs , but if you ask the staff at the reception, they will help you :)
