Probably the nicest hotel I’ve had, shame about noise though.
Pros:

Really great property, was able to check in a little earlier after telling them about my mobile phone being low on battery which was nice. As soon as I opened the door I was hit with a gush of cold air from the air conditioning, really worked wonders to cool down as I returned throughout the day. Room was incredibly tidy and spacious just as shown on the pictures, came with complimentary coffee, tea, water, towels and soaps. Bed was huge and really comfortable, as a 6ft guy I could stretch and lay straight in the bed without having to turn diagonally and have feet hang off!! You can also bring wines from the downstairs bar up to your room if you’d like an a drink on the balcony. Would definitely recommend for the price!

Cons:

Would say I did find it very confusing trying to get into the property, firstly that right next to the entrance was a set of Airbnb key lock storages - the instructions mentioned keys despite the property being entirely keyless so spent quite a bit scratching my head at why it wouldn’t open, when in fact it was the digital keypad. Furthermore, the other reviews don’t lie when they say the noises outside penetrate through. While the karaoke and outside music and chatter did add a nice ambience while awake, when trying to sleep it was a nightmare. I also thought I saw that the property would provide ear plugs which was nowhere to be seen? I would recommend avoiding Thursdays (student nights out), and Fridays and Saturdays (tourist night outs + karaoke) if you can.

Pros:

En general, nuestra estancia fue buena. El alojamiento es muy bonito, estaba impecablemente limpio y la ubicación es excelente, ya que permite visitar el centro de Oporto cómodamente a pie.

Cons:

Hay un aspecto importante a tener en cuenta: el ruido. Por las noches se escucha claramente la música de las discotecas cercanas y, además, durante nuestra estancia hubo bastante ruido por parte de otros huéspedes, con voces en los pasillos y portazos a altas horas de la madrugada, lo que dificultó el descanso.

Si el aislamiento acústico mejorara o se controlara más el comportamiento de los huéspedes durante la noche, la experiencia sería prácticamente perfecta. Aun así, lo recomendaría a quienes prioricen la ubicación y no sean especialmente sensibles al ruido.

Las camas muy cómodas, había cápsulas de café, agua y te. Para mañana fue un alivio tener las cápsulas de café.
Todo muy ordenado, limpio y luminoso

The hotel was very nice, clean, and centrally located, and the staff were readily available whenever we needed help.

Cons:

It didn't bother us, but you can hear some noise from outside at night because there are clubs next to the hotel; also, there's a bar on the ground floor of the hotel, which can get noisy at times, but it didn't bother us

Great location to visit Porto, close to busy nightlife with the associated noise.

Opposite a nightclub that opens Fridays and Saturdays, loud music until 6:00am but it didn’t stop me sleeping.
