È stata una bella esperienza!
Pros:

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso e ben rifinito, dotato di numerosi comfort. La posizione è ottima: a pochi passi dalla metropolitana che collega direttamente all’aeroporto e vicina al corso principale e alle principali attrazioni turistiche.
Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta con grande cortesia.
Se dovessi tornare a Sofia, prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo uno di questi appartamenti. Super Consigliato!

The staff were very helpful and gave us one night for free as we missed our first night as our flight was cancelled.

Pros:

La suite era una pasada. Dos plantas, súper amplia y acceso a una terraza privada en la azotea. Fue todo un acierto alojarnos aquí. Y las instalaciones son fantásticas, con zonas comunes muy chulas y prácticas. El personal excepcional! Atentísimos, súper amables… todo perfecto

Cons:

Quizá los baños ( que la suite que nos tocó, tenía 2!) necesitarían un pelín de reforma, pero no están mal del todo. El de la planta de abajo, el retrete perdía un poco de agua.

Lovely stay for 2 nights with my family
Pros:

Great location, nice rooftop terrace and nice staff.

Cons:

I found expired coffee packets in the room and didn't make cofee for ourselves. It would be nice they replace with new ones.
