Managing disaster
Pros:

It's a budget friendly solution near Tartu city center with some spacious rooms/apartments

Cons:

We have been staying for several years in these apartments for work as they are "just enough" but our last stay was a disaster:
- First I contacted the property email to book extra night and no one replied to 3 emails in 3 different days.
- The codes to access the property were not received until our arrival day at 18:00 when I contacted the managers.
- One of the apartments was not cleaned after last guests, there was wine, food leftovers and dirty wet towels.Luckily we had one spare room first night because nobody came to clean it.
- Next day we received a different room and after midnight some people came in saying that it was their room.
- Next morning again we had to move to a different room.
IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER. Owners need to give a thought about the way they want to manage this property

Pros:

L'appartamento era pulito e in buone condizioni, inoltre era molto silenzioso e si dormiva benissimo. Tutto a prezzi accessibili. Lo consiglio.

Förmånlig övernattning för familjen
Pros:

Vi hade ett stort studiorum med två bekväma sängar och en utdragssoffa. Läget var lugnt men centralt. I samma byggnad finns ett gym och det kändes trevligt att olika människor rörde sig i byggnaden.

Cons:

Rummet var utan fönster, men det var inte så farligt- men det skulle ha varit bra med några läslampor/sänglampor vid sängarna. Nu måste man tända taklampan om någon vill gå på toaletten på natten.

Dörrkoden kom inte fram till bookings app i förväg, men då vi ringde fick vi kontakt med personal och vår kod.

Par doto cenu ļoti, ļoti labs varinats palikt Tartu. Istabā bija virtuve ar nepieciešamo ēst pagatavošanai. Laba atrašanās vieta un sētā bezmaksas auto stāvvieta.
