Great location and facilities but just make sure you aren’t dependent on having on site staff.
Pros:

Great location in Beacon Hill so easy walk to most locations and close to the T at Charles MGH for further travel.

Cons:

The property has no on site staff which shouldn’t be a problem but was for us when trying to access our stored luggage. This caused undue stress at the end of our trip.

Awesome location, beautiful amenities.
Pros:

Loved the table and 2 chairs in the bay window. Appreciated 2 closets. The kitchen had everything you could need.Excellent coffee provided.

Cons:

No grab bar in the shower. High step to get in and out shower without something to hold onto. The toilet was shorter than normal. The sink was also very low. Seemed about 6 inches shorter than standard size.

Great room with kitchenette for exploring central Boston for a few days
Pros:

Room was great, fantastic location for central Boston, plenty of space and amenities.

Cons:

Hard to get the right temperature in the room - even with AC off it seemed to still pump out cold air.

Perfect location to stay in Boston.
Pros:

Location was perfect. It was close to everything we needed to see. Metro/Bus was within walking distance and was perfect for somone who had never been to Boston. There were so many things to see from this location and we could have stayed longer if we wanted. The area was very safe and we could walk around at night without worrying about safety. I was pleasantly surprised. There are two parks right down the street and a running trail a block away. It was a little cold but expected.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable. Could have used a bed topper. Also needed darker window shades. The trash collection came at 5 a.m and it was very loud. Expect that everything will be pricey but it's vacation and expected.

Sunny unit in an amazing location - highly recommend!!
Pros:

The layout of the unit was great - we were able to have privacy from our kids. The windows were big and bright and it was very clean! You could not beat the location - that in and of itself was the selling point for us!! Lots of cafes, small shops and blocks from the park. A good accommodation for 2-3 people.

Cons:

Sadly the fan in the bathroom and kitchen did not work and with the windows being wildly heavy - it was hard to get ventilation in the unit. Also the jets in the tub didn’t work - which was a big bummer. Finally, one more blanket would’ve been nice.
