Important information:

Please note that the Studio, One-bedroom apartment and Superior apartment will have a sofa bed set up when there are 3 or 4 people selected. The sofa bed can be set up for stays of 2 people at a charge of £25 per night. Please contact the property using the details on the booking confirmation if you would like the sofa bed made.

Guests must send a copy of their photo ID to the property 30 days prior to arrival.

Marlyn Lodge has a self-check-in and check-out system. Please provide the cardholder's address at the time of booking in the Special Requests box.

Please note, smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged a GBP 75 fee for cleaning.

Service charge includes the following on weekdays only (excluding bank holidays): Towels, toiletries, washing up, bed making and tidying. Please note that the apartments are fully cleaned after check-out unless stay are longer than 7 nights. There is no cleaning during your stay unless requested.

Please note there will be a GBP 15 charge for loss of keys.

Please note there will be an extra cleaning charge of GBP 200 for excessive mess and/or rubbish left in the apartment after check-out, and if there are any stains in the property or any damage to the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Great apartment with no ac as advertised.
Pros:

Staff was lovely. Room was great except for ac. We booked this based on lift and ac. AC was nonexistent. Tiny unit in bedroom blew warm air. No ac in living room only a ceiling fan. Unit reached 90 degrees F. Only option was to leave hall door open to get it livable. Sleep was impossible. Even with a tower fan in bedroom and living room it was unbearable. If not for that I would recommed and give 5*.

Cons:

AC that actually worked. It was unbearable hot. Cooler outside than in our apartment. I would not stay here in summer again.

Pros:

Уютно място с всичко необходимо за престоя ни. Времето беше изключително горещо за сезона и беше много добре, че има климатик. В близост до сградата има супермаркети, кафенета и място за хапване. Изключително комуникативно място - в близост има станции на метро, автобусни спирки и гара.

Cons:

Няма опция за късно напускане.

We’ll definitely return to this hotel on our next London getaway.
Pros:

We were so relieved that the air conditioning worked perfectly. The apartment felt just like home—only smaller—and everything we needed was already there. Most importantly, we felt completely safe in the building.

Cons:

The room felt a little compact for four adults, but being one family made it feel cozy and easy to enjoy together.

Pros:

The apartment was very comfortable, with a small but well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. It also had air conditioning and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout our stay.

Cons:

If I had to mention one downside, I'd say the price is perhaps a bit high for the standard of the apartment. That said, it's worth keeping in mind that this is London, where accommodation is generally expensive.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend it.

Emplacement proche de Tower bridge et de la City. Taille comme prévu une fois erreur initiale corrigée.

Cons:

Air conditionné plus bruyant qu'efficace. Rideaux et fenêtres difficiles à manipuler.

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Very clean and quiet apartments. Daily cleaning of the apartments. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Great location, a 5-minute walk to the Tower and metro stations. Definitely recommend! Magnificent!

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Vor Ankunft haben wir detaillierte Check-In Infos erhalten, ebenso wie allgemeine Hinweise zum Gebäude/den Bewohnern und Tips für Unternehmungen.
Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht oder brauchen könnte. Bei unserem 6-tätigen Aufenthalt wurden einmal die Handtücher gewechselt und 2 mal die Betten gemacht. Nichts womit wir gerechnet haben, aber ein schönes Extra.
Besonders toll ist die Lage. Man ist in 5min fußläufig am Tower of London, hat mehrere Underground- und Busverbindungen zur Verfügung und kann entspannt um die Ecke einkaufen gehen. Wir würden hier definitiv noch einmal übernachten.

Cons:

Es handelt sich bei dem Gebäude um eine Mischnutzung, heißt: dort leben sowohl Memschen in Eigentumswohnungen, zur Miete oder eben Urlauber für einen kurzen Zeitraum. Entsprechend roch es auf den Fluren gelegentlich etwas speziell (nach gekochtem Essen, muffig, komisch). Der Geruch war allerdings lediglich außerhalb des Apartments und auch nicht all zu stark oder störend. Personen mit empfindlicher Nase sollten hier aber vorsichtig sein.

Pros:

The appartement was perfect with a very nice new kitchen and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. Room Service was perfect. Airconditional made us feel great.
Only 5 minutes walk to tower bridge.
I would recommend to our friends and family.

מיקום מרכזי בלונדון קרוב מאוד ל-tower.
דירה נקיה.
קיבלנו בהודעה הסבר מפורט איך לקבל מפתחות במידה ואין אף אחד בלובי.
אינטרנט מאוד מהיר בחדר.
שקעים ניידים ליד מיטה עם חיבור USB, מאוד שימושי.

Cons:

מיזוג אוויר בחדר דיי חלש לימים חמים.
שלט של המזגן לא עבד, אבל אפשר להפעיל ולכבות אותו מלוח בקרה על המזגן.
לחץ מים בחדר דיי חלש.
אין שירותי ניקיון בסופי שבוע.

Closeness to everything, apartment was well equipped.

Cons:

No tissues or face washers in the bathroom.
Place mats and drink coasters needed for dinning table, stops scratching and damage.
These were the only things missing.

Fantástico y muy recomendable.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente.
Muy cómoda la llegada, autónoma y muy bien explicada.

Cons:

En el apartamento hacía mucho calor por la noche si no tenías encendido el aire acondicionado. Nuestra estancia coincidió con una ola de calor.

Agradable y bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena para moverse por Londres. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama son cómodos. No es ruidoso. Supermercado justo al girar. Cocina equipada.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no enfría demasiado en días calurosos. Las ventanas tienen seguridad y no abren del todo para poder ventilar.
