Great location, peaceful and interesting.
Pros:

This is an excellent location for exploring the Canary Wharf area of London.
It is great to have Reception staff available, and to provide the facility to be able to leave bags.

Cons:

I wasn't aware there is a reception team on-site until I emailed in advance to ask how to gain entry.

Bon séjour mais quelques améliorations à prévoir
Pros:

L’emplacement au calme un peu à l’extérieur de la ville, la disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

La douche sans eau froide alors qu’il faisait plus de 35 degrés dehors, pas de climatisation dans les chambres, nous avons dû demander une portative. Le petit déjeuner servit en chambre dans un sac en papier, dont les quantités ont changé d’un jour à l’autre

Pros:

Comfortable everything we could possibly need for our weekend. Helpful staff no hand soap rectified within half an hour

Great little apartment in great location
Pros:

Great view. Good location. Nicely done up little apartment.

Cons:

It was a really hot night and there was no aircon or fan but when we asked the next day they put in an effective although rather noisy aircon unit. So night 2 was much better.

Perfect place for families or anyone visiting the O2 as nearby .
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and hopeful . The view was amazing and the room was fully equipped with everything.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and nothing was fresh. Just out of a packet. I would go without breakfast next time as 2 supermarkets nearby to buy things and cook yourself cheaper.

Great staff very helpful
Good breakfast provided

Cons:

Must remember to register car for car park even if you have registered people in with reception as this does not mean carpark is sorted.
Very hot weekend and whilst fans were provided air con would have been better
