Pros:

gute Lage, modern eingerichtet und ausreichend Kochmöglichkeiten in der Küche. Aufzug bis ins vorletzte Stockwerk. Moderner "Schlüssel" via App

Hatten im obersten Stock die meiste Zeit kein Wasser auf den Wasserhähnen/Dusche/Toilette.
Personal ist nonexistent. Hilfe bekommt man nur durch einen WhatsApp-Chat. Anrufe werden ignoriert.

Sie hatten uns dann gesagt, das Wasserproblem läge daran, dass zuviele Leute im Gebäude gleichzeitig duschen. Das hatte sich später als Lüge herausgestellt.

Uns wurde dann ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss angeboten. Bei diesem war aber das digitale Türschloss kaputt. Auch hier wurden wir wieder angelogen und behauptet wir hätten das Schloss versucht falsch zu öffnen. Nachdem dann ein Techniker kam, stellte sich raus dass wir wieder recht hatten.

Dosť opotrebované zariadenie, malo úložného priestoru. Kuchyňa slabo vybavená. Polámané rošty na posteliach.

Close to the railwaystation. Clean linen, and clean towels. Easy to unlock the door to the apartment by internetlink.

Cons:

No aircondition, one bedroom without a window that can open outside, early checkout at 10 am, but checkin first at 3 pm. Exstremly noisy environment at night, no curtains or blindings to keep the sunlight/daylight out in the morning. The sinks were dirty and partly clogged (dirt came floating up the drain in both the sink and the shower in the bedroom). The sofa had large nasty stains.
