Fantastic
Pros:

We had 2 apartments in the block - one 2 bed and a one bed. The apartments were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The location is amazing a few minutes walk from the Charles Bridge with some great bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Access was easy via the virtual reception. Tip… we had a late flight and found some baggage storage lockers just a very short walk from the apartments - really straight forward to use and allowed us to maximise our last day as there is no luggage storage in the apartments once you check out

Cons:

There wasn’t any air conditioning and it was quite warm when we were there - the apartment did have some fans however

Lokalita a reštaurácie v blízkosti ubytovania.

Cons:

​Apartmán bol pekný a čistý. Dostať sa však dnu bol trošku problém. Odporúčam prevádzkovateľovi, po registrácií ostatné vstupy zabezpečiť prostredníctvom čipu, nie opakovaným zasielaním sms správ pri každom vstupe.
Predplatené parkovanie sme si museli vyriešiť sami – pracovník parkovacej služby auto neprišiel prevziať a ani priviezť po ukončení ubytovania.
​V kuchyni nenájdete ani vrecúško čaju či zrnko kávy, čo je dnes bežným štandardom v apartmánoch.
​Ak milujete hru o kľúče s plnými kuframi a ranný kofeínový absťák, smelo do toho. My ostatní nabudúce radšej zvolíme niekoho, kto reálne dvíha telefón ! 😃

Krasne ubytovanie v centrę Prahy, blízkosti Karlovho mosta sme použili siestykrat a opat sa radi vratime. Neskutocne prijemne prostredie v historickom centre v byvalom klastore. Pokoj, ticho v pripade smerovania studia do vnutrobloku.

Cons:

Uvítala by som aspon zakladne vybavenie ohladom kuchyne ako je sol, kapsule do kavy, caj. V inych apartmanoch je to bezne. Zaklad ohladom hygienickych prostriedkov je postacujuci.

Super nice apartment, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood!
Pros:

The location was really nice! Super close to the Charles Bridge and in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to a mini market! It was very spacious! We were 3 people and it was more than enough space! The kitchen had all the utilities to cook! The bathroom was very spacious as well! Super nice!

Cons:

You could hear the neighbours walking and talking in the corridor, because the front door was not very "strong", it was a wooden door. But other than that, super quiet and nice!

Apartments were clean and well located - customer service was well below what is reasonably expected
Pros:

I booked two apartments for our 5 night stay. Both apartments were exceptionally clean. Apartment G (2 bedroom) had a spacious layout and well stocked kitchen. We loved the central location on a quiet courtyard with no noise disturbances.

Cons:

Apartment C was a huge disappointment and in our opinion should not be let out without a clearer listing - we felt very misled by how it was described by booking.com:
It was listed as 1st floor but was actually on a mezzanine level accessed via a steep staircase wirh no handrail.
There was no lounge area contrary to the listing - this room was a junk room filled with empty beds and had no seating or decoration of any kind - which made it unusable.
Bedroom access was via the junk room - not a pleasant experience in an apartment sold as luxury or premium
All of the windows in the apartment were painted shut/locked so there was no airflow or ventilation
The apartment was located over the busy central courtyard - guests were woken every day at 8am by the cafe owner setting out tables and chairs or large bins being dragged by the gardener across the cobbled courtyard.

Most seriously - the apartment is set across a number of different levels with no safety tape on the small steps between rooms. Because of these unmarked trip hazards our group member had a serious fall on the first night in the apartment. When we contacted the apartment manager they did not offer anything beyond a halfhearted apology via whatsapp and made no suggestions of actions they could take to support us. We asked if they could move these guests to another apartment on safety grounds for the final 3 days of our stay - they asked for a surcharge of 80euros to make this move. We were appalled - what kind of apartment manager leaves guests unsafe while having a vacant apartment they can move them to. Clearly they would prefer medical and legal charges for providing an unsafe apartment to actually offering decent customer service.

Bardzo czysty komfortowy apartament. Super, że na zdjęciach jest plan apartamentu (łatwiej można rozplanować pobyt dla całej grupy). Super zameldowanie.

Cons:

Bardzo głośny wentylator w mniejszej łazience, brak bodaj kilku kapsułek do ekspresu (lub podania jego nazwy w opisie udogodnień)
