Don't book. Disgustingly dirty. Looks fine on the photo but noooo.

None at all. Worst stay ever. Never ever again.

Cons:

Disgustingly dirty. My husband and I saw trash in the bedside table's cabinet. The carpet looked like not vaccumed. I saw a gummy on it. There are used Q-tips behind the bed. There are cobwebs on the corners of the ceilings. It's so hot in our room, felt like a sauna. My 4 years old son was sweating a lot. We were unable to sleep well.
The place overall looks like it waa not clean for months.

Despite some positives and a few good aspects, I definitely would not come back here.
Pros:

Good location, good wifi, relatively cheap price on a market. Separate kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has all necessary tools and equipment. Very old but they exist. Not much to add as as positive things.

Cons:

Dirty. Extremely dirty. Everywhere. If I had to describe the room in just a few words, I would say: dirty, damaged, rusty, and crooked. I was forced to sweep the room and do a wet cleaning myself before I could even start staying there. There was simply no other way.

The inside was very nice and neat but outside is not good May be because of the location

Despite some positives and a few good aspects, I definitely would not com back here.
Pros:

There probably aren’t many positives to point out. Perhaps the main ones were the fairly good location, relatively close to downtown, the availability of free parking, and proper full-speed Wi-Fi.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. Disappointing even for this relatively low price, they could at least have cleaned the room properly.
If you can afford to pay even just $20 more, you can find a place that is significantly better, but if money is tight, honestly, you’d be better off staying in a clean and well-maintained hostel instead.

WE ARE VERY DISAPOINTED WITH THE BOOKING.COM FOR THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION! WE LOST $395.00

Perhaps the location

Cons:

1. Upon arrival, the spot we were suppose to park was occupied by a construction crew.
2. We had to walk up rickety wooden stairs to the door with a keypad.
3. The unit itself was gloomy and smelled of an industrial cleaner. The walls were in a bad need of paint.
4. The bedroom was gloomy - The bedspread had a cigarette hole in it.
5. The toilet had the back off of it and didn't function.
6. WE DIDN'T STAY - MY WIFE WAS DISGUSTED WITH THE PLACE - WE TRIED CALLING THE OWNER ELISSA - WE COULD NOT GET THROUGH - CALLED MANY TIMES.

Bien pour une nuit
Pros:

L’hôte répond rapidement à nos questions, autonomie d’arrivée, grande télé connectée, lit confortable, parking gratuit proche du logement

La propreté laisse à désirer (poils dans la serviette de toilette…), pas de prise à côté du frigo ?

Really wasn't clean enough, particularly the bathroom. Almost unhygienic. Toilet would get stuck instead of flush properly. Wasn't nearly as tidy as the photos suggest.
