It gets warm at night. No AC or fan.

As soon as we arrive they snatch our license plate we called the police department we report what happened to us it was not safe for us we end up staying with the family we didn't even get a chance to check in I called a customer service for help to solve the issues I didn't get any help to get a refund or to transfer another location

Random maintenance guy came into the property unannounced with no prior warning. Despite the fact the guy was very friendly it was highly inappropriate to not have received any warning that this would be happening and not even a knock. As a solo traveller this is not something I felt at all comfortable with.

It was a terrible experience. We booked the place considering it was private property as it was mentioned on the website.
Once we booked it, we received a message from them telling us that the property was shared which took us by surprise. Since I had my whole family with me, there's no way I was going to stay in shared property.
So, I requested to cancel my booking which was denied by the host. Apparently, the host is misleading their guest to book the property and leaving no option for them but to stay, even though you like it or not

When we reached the property, there was one more couple and it turned out they were also not aware of this shared accommodation thing.
The room itself was so tiny and absolutely no air circulation. I was so pissed off because of this and I decided to leave the property. I had to book another hotel to spend the night.

All in all, I feel it was total fraud and booking.com shall take strict action and they shall also make sure what host is listing is actually true or not.

This depends on how particular you are. If you have access issues, this is not the place for you as the entry is up a flight of external stairs. Access to the upper bedrooms also has no handrail and the light on the landing needs to be left on at all times to navigate the stairs downwards as the ceiling is low.

The Suite is not brand new, some of the windows don't close leading to traffic noise and the AC is noisy in the main living/dining room area, but that said, it does work well and you can't hear it in the bedrooms.

Severe misrepresentation. We booked a Superior Suite but got a cramped, stuffy attic room called The Elissa. The narrow staircase had a heavily soiled carpet with a disgusting, persistent foul odor. The kitchen is just a tiny alcove. Deceptive wide-angle photos completely hide these issues.Due to these unhygienic conditions, we checked out two days early to find safe accommodation for our child. The host refuses to cooperate and sends automated messages asking for 5-star reviews while ignoring that we left early. Avoid this place.

When we arrived, the toilet was leaking from the base. The unit was not clean what so ever. The walls and baseboards had dirt, handprints etc., the shower had dirt on the walls, the tub wouldn’t drain. There was a strong smell of rotten eggs in the bathroom which suggests the sewer gas is leaking through the leaking toilet. When I mentioned it to the property owner, they said they would send someone and for the 3 days we were there, nobody showed up, so my partner had to pull hair out of the drain so we could shower. We also found cockroaches in the unit on the last day. Overall, was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

No number on the building so no way of knowing from the street where it is. The outside of the building looks like a dump. There were no signs ourtside the building to identify th eexact location. There was no one around to talk to to find aout where the building was. There was no way to knwo which door to open from outsode the building. The door lock was non-intuitive and the instructions to unlock the door were vague. Once inside there were no directions or signs to identoy the rooms so no way to knwo whcih door to unlock. No obvious environmental controls and do oinstructions on hwo to use them, even if they worked, whcih they didn't. It was not clear in the booking paperwork that the bathroom was shared. the shower plumbling was broken.

There was a heavy smell of weed, im assuming its because the ac sucks in the air from outside. Maybe uploading a different kind of ac would work better idk. I also saw mold on bathroom ceiling especially closer to curtain bar, which was also rusty, hair dryer was either stolen from a previous customer or wasn’t present at all
