Pros:

La posizione direi ottima si può raggiungete a piedi o con mezzi pubblici tutte i luoghi piu interessanti . Appartamento accogliente con spazio e con due bagni e la pulizia in generale ottima. Se dovessi dare un consiglio è un appuntamento ottimo per una vacanza in Andalusia...Granada poi e bellissima..con clima eccezionale. Super consigliato.

Cons:

...solo un piccolo consiglio semplice da gestire , la porta di ingresso nel nostro app. a volte ha fatto fatici ad aprirsi...

Las camas son muy incómodas, en realidad son un somier con una colchoneta. La duche sucia y llena de pelos. Los armarios llenos de polvo.

Tranquilidad y descanso.

La situación y la tranquilidad

Cons:

La puerta de la calle chirría demasiado cosa que con un poquito de aceite se solucionaría.
Tuvimos que desatascar la ducha.
Vendrían bien un par de mesitas de noche al lado de la cama.
El hecho de que la cama esté arriba, en un altillo, no viene bien para personas con discapacidad o de edad.

Super emplacement mais pourrait être plus confortable avec un peu d'effort
Pros:

L'Emplacement est excellent: facile d'accès depuis le périférique et tout près du centre piéton. Le parking souterrain inclus dans la réservation est juste à côté il nous avons toujours trouvé une place.
Beau patio, el balcon qui sent le jasmin, appartement haut de plafond fraîchement repeint, deux salles de bain spacieuses.
La procédure d'arrivée est bien expliquée avec des vidéos.

Cons:

Il y avait une forte odeur de canalisation, un grand trou dans le mur de l'entrée (ancien dégât des eaux).
L'appartement a de belles finitions mais a été meublé au rabais, c'est dommage: la literie est vraiment spartiate et la décoration inexistante.
Il y a un écran plat d'1m20 mais pas de sel ou d'huile pour cuisiner.

La procédure d'arrivée requiert de se garer au milieu du trottoir d'une rue très passante pour récupérer la carte du parking, peut-être qu'une solution moins stressante pourrait être proposée (code de gratuité sur les tickets du parking?, carte parking près des boîtes aux lettres dans l'entrée?)
Les serrures des deux portes menant à l'appartement sont récalcitrantes, la première fois on se demande si on est au bon endroit, après on trouve le coup de main.

Pros:

Céntrico y con aparcamiento muy cómodo y prácticamente al lado.

Cons:

Pues la verdad es que no se puede poner ninguna pega. Por ponerle una, el no poder poner en total oscuridad la habitación por la noche: se necesitaría una cortina opaca.

Ubicación en el centro, aparcamiento cercano incluido en el precio. Cómodo.

Cons:

Al ducharnos no evacuaba el agua con lo que se llenaba el plato de ducha hasta desbordar. Pase nota del problema y contestaron inmediatamente de que enviarían a la persona de mantenimiento. Los días que estuvimos no fue nadie a solucionarlo con lo que cada vez que nos duchamos el agua por fuera. Por lo menos espero que la próxima personas que vayan. Se lo dejen funcionando correctamente.

Très bien mais il faut changer émaillée deux choses: serrures et matelas
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’appartement est très bien situé, très central, à côté de tout. Le patio de l’immeuble et le calme

Cons:

Les deux portes pour accéder à l’appartement : très compliquées à ouvrir, il faut changer les serrures
Le confort des lits : les matelas sont catastrophiques, hyper mal au dos

The location was great and we lived looking out at the patios. The apartment was spacious and well laid out.

Tolle Wohnung
Pros:

Eine schöne und helle Wohnung in einer tollen Lage, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (sowohl die Küche als auch die beiden Badezimmer). In der Nacht war sehr ruhig.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Er hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell reagiert.

Es gab einen Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe in einer Tiefgarage, was sehr praktisch war.

Die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Alhambra etc.) sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles super. Nur Matratzen und Kissen waren uns etwas zu hart, es ist aber Geschmackssache.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung war etwas kompliziert. Es gab insgesamt vier Türen, und die letzte, die direkt in die Wohnung führte, ließ sich nur schwer öffnen, da das Schloss klemmte. Wir haben dies dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, der umgehend reagierte und das Problem an den weitergeleitet hat. Wir gehen davon aus, dass das Problem inzwischen behoben ist.
