Pros:

This is a perfect Villa!

The villa
is very well equipped, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the view is absolutely stunning!

Una bella vista.
Ci hanno lasciato qualcosa per fare colazione.
Tutto abbastanza datato ma comunque ben tenuto. Letto molto comodo.

Cons:

Il bagno è minuscolo, non era presente ne vetro doccia ne tenda e dunque durante la doccia si allagava ogni volta tutto il bagno.. Per arrivare alla struttura c'è una brutta discesa che diventa un po complicata quando piove.

Bella la vista e la posizione
Pros:

Nonostante le stanze siano piccole, sono fornite di tutto ciò che occorre in un appartamento. La signora Valia è stata molto cortese ed accogliente.

Cons:

La stanza è piccola e purtroppo la doccia con la tenda è senza il piatto doccia risulta scomodo.

Magnifique terrasse pour profiter de la vue
Pros:

Très bien placé mais attention si vous avez plusieurs voitures, il faut se garer au parking municipal en bas. Notre voiture en a payé le prix et nous aussi

La douche n’a pas de rideau donc c’est l’inondation à chaque fois

Wir haben uns in der Villa Georgia einfach nur wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Das Besondere an der Villa Georgia ist die Aussicht auf die Bucht und den Hafen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz - wenngleich steil, aber machbar.
Das Aussergewöhnliche ist aber Valia, die Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr herzlich, für ihre Gäste jederzeit ansprechbar.

Cons:

Es gab nichts auszusetzen, das Apartment entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir hatten sogar zwei Balkone, von denen einer immer im Schatten lag.

Wonderful experience with amazing host
Pros:

We loved our experience at Villa Georgia. For what we paid, it was outstanding value. The views from our balcony were beautiful, the location so close to the beach was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised to get the pool to ourselves most days, despite it being July. Valia, the host, is one of life's good people, who brings a smile to your day and makes you feel good. A kind, genuine and funny person, who is passionate about her family run apartments - you can see why so many guests come back year after year! Thank you Valia and your family!

Family group of 5 adults had the three bedroom apartment. Excellent holiday. Owner was so friendly and extremely helpful

Logement idéalement situe calme vue mer et hôte attentionnée, excellent rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Le logement est bien situé à trois minutes à pied de la plage.
Un parking est disponible avec 4 places et nous avons toujours eu de la place en une semaine.
Notre logement avait une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et nous l'entendons tout le temps. Quel plaisir de s'endormir avec le bruit des vagues.
A notre arrivée nous 3 étions surprise qu'il n'y ait pas de rideau de douche dans la salle de bain mais nous nous y sommes adaptés.
Le café des biscottes et de la confiture sont offerts pour le premier déjeuner.
Comme il y a beaucoup de logement autour de la piscine les règles de vie commune sont de ne pas faire de bruit 14 à 17h et sur nos terrasses de 23 à 8h ce qui permet de de profiter du calme et de la sérénité du lieu. Valia est une hôte bienveillante présente qui se soucient du bien-être de chacun.
Un grand merci a la femme de ménage qui vient chaque jour. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Uns hat rundherum Alles gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses schöne Feriendomizil besuchen.
Besonderer Dank gilt, der stets für- und vorsorglichen Gastgeberin Valja. Sie ist sehr herzlich und immer darauf bedacht ihren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Damen vom Housekeeping haben täglich ein sehr saubere und sichere Atmosphäre geschaffen. Dank an Alle!

fantastische week
Pros:

Prachtig terras met een ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht. Het appartement heeft een ingerichte keuken met alle voorzieningen om te koken maar wij gaan graag eten bij de lokale tavernes, en er zijn vele diverse tavernes in Kalyves.
Je beleef ook de Griekse gastvrijheid door VALIA die je direct thuis gevoel geeft

Kort vei til stranda og sentrum. Og hotelleier og personalet var fantastiske folk.

A great stay, everything you need, lovely host and excellent location. On site parking and lovely pool made fab added ad

It’s in a great location to access bars and restaurants locally but also to drive out to different places to visit. The owner was lovely and really helpful and the property was maintained really well and cleaned daily. The pool was a fantastic bonus.

Cons:

The only thing I would say was that our room was very small. It was a studio so of course expect everything to be compact, but it was hard to move around the bed, you couldn’t fully open the balcony doors as the clothes stand was behind the doors, and the balcony was bisected by a wooden divide so it felt a bit like you were in a box. That said the bed was comfy, everything was clean, well maintained and worked well.

Pros:

Owner valeria was social, friendly and understanding I felt like I was at home. Cleaning was also very professional and fast. I appreciate the effort put in to the comfort of guests at this location and will definently come again some day.

Cons:

Only thing missing at our 6 people room was some better kitchen knives but thats no big deal.
