Please note that only one dog is allowed per apartment. The property can only accept dogs weighing less than 10 kg and measuring up to 16 in from paws to shoulders, at a cost of BRL135.00 per night. In addition, a vaccination card must be presented upon arrival.

We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers 24 hours, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Cons:

O staff do serviço de Valet/estacionamento é sofrível - são rudes e inconvenientes, ao ponto de incomodar a estadia. O restante do staff do hotel é muito bom.

Localização é excepcional. No alto da rua torta!

Cons:

Muito barulho quartos superiores corredores ... depois das 7 da manhã esquece dormir!
Consumi apenas 6 águas e veio na conta chocolates refri e mais águas do q.consumi ( reclamei no check-out e foi retirado ) ... mas é algo que nao pode ocorrer!!!
Teve um dia que as 8 da manha a camareira esmurrando a porta até alguem atender e era uma peça de roupa que foi pra lavanderia que nem do nosso quarto era...
Secador tb nao funcionava mas comontrouxe o meu eu nem solicitei outro (tenho certeza.q iriam trocar na hora)

Tudo de melhor em um só hotel!
Pros:

Localização privilegiada ( no centro) porém sem ruidos incomodos. O hotel é rodeado de árvores e isso me deu a sensação de estar em área rural. O restaurante italiano é muito bom assim como o conforto do quarto e a sauna.
