davvero un vero appartamento!
Pros:

un vero appartamento con tutto quello che uno potrebbe aspettarsi! Lavastoviglie, tutte le stoviglie necessarie, bagno grande e comodo, camera spaziosa e divano-letto comodissimo. Meravigliosa vista tramite le bellissime vetrate davvero super. Inoltre molto comoda la possibilità di poter fare il Barbeque e le Hot tub davvero un must. Da notare anche la pre4senza sul piano di lavatrice e asciugatrice! e al piano terra anche gli armadi corrispondenti agli appartamenti per poter riporre in inverno scarponi da sci ad asciugare!

Cons:

niente a parte il fatto che in estate con sempre la luce sarebbe bello estendere gli orari delle Hot Tub poichè i turisti approffittano della luce per rientr5are piu tardi e sarebbe bello poter usurfruire di questo servizio sempre

The apartment is new. Kitchen tools are more than enough. The blackout curtains were perfect for the external light.

Information for self check in were poor. I do not receive the message in advance as usual in other reservation.

Great location, good local amenities and spacious apartment
Pros:

Great location close to harbour for whale watching tours! Close to the supermarket and places to eat. Free parking. Spacious apartment. Easy to access.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not ideal. Sheets and towels were clean but the kitchen and living space was not. Also draws under beds were not clean. Bathroom was clean.
There was a strong smell of oil, perhaps recent cooking?

Also hot tubs state you can wash out and put fresh water but there was no green tap to do this as stated on the instruction. As such the water was not clean at all. Great outdoor space though.

Pros:

I stayed in 10 hotels/Apartments for my island trip. Eight of them are with simple kitchens. Among them, I must say Akureyri Lux Apartment has no question to be the most thoughtful, well design on every aspect of the room, and excellent value for my rental fees. And Above all, my wife totally agrees with me on this subject. (That rarely happened 😊)

Appartement spacieux,problèmes de maintenance.
Pros:

Appartement spacieux,en étage avec ascenseur,couchage confortable,place de parking.

Cons:

Manque de maintenance,à notre arrivée nous avons tout de suite signalé le lavabo presque bouché,l’unique bol de petit dejeuner et une fenêtre impossible à fermer.Nous avons réussi à décoincer la fenêtre mais le plombier annoncé n’est jamais venu.Extérieur bruyant en zone industrielle.

The apartment was spacious and had a very well equipped kitchen. The laundry room with a washing machine and dryer was a great convenience. There were plenty of pillows and blankets provided, which made our stay comfortable. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it only took about 2 minutes by car to reach the central parking area.

Cons:

One major downside was the cleanliness. The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly enough, especially the tables and the kitchen.

Pros:

Hätte glatt zwölf Punkte verdient. Zum einen ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, da konnte man auch mal eine Lasagne ohne Probleme machen. Dank Spülmaschine auch sauberes Geschirr statt irgendwelchem Wischi-Waschi-Abwasch vom letzten Gast. Das Bad war ebenso sehr schön, große Dusche, weiche Handtücher. Reservierter Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Dann die Aussicht auf die Feuerwache, den Fjord und Teile des Hafens - einfach wunderbar. Ja, gegenüber mag zwar auch ein wenig Gewerbegebiet sein - aber umso besser konnte man die Arbeiten auf der Werft beobachten und hatte noch mehr das Hafenstadtgefühl.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat mir nur der Hinweis gefehlt, dass man sich die Waschmaschine mit der ganzen Etage teilt. Da musste man ein bisschen drauf achten, wann sie frei ist. Aber auch das ging eigentlich problemlos über die Bühne. Und vor allen Dingen war sie kostenlos.

Apartamento bem equipado e espaçoso, próximo ao porto de onde saem os passeios para avistamento de baleias.
Precisa ter carro para ir ao centro, coisa de 5 minutos.
Gostamos bastante!

Cons:

Demorou para recebermos o e-mail com as orientações de acesso ao apartamento.
Só chegou depois de eu reclamar na plataforma.
A comunicação com o anfitrião é horrível!
