Śniadania pyszne, piękny hotel, luksusowy, łóżka baaardzo wygodne, duże. Spało się wspaniale. Drinki w barze fantastyczne. Pan Artur mistrz.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do Starówki, basen zewnętrzny i strefa basenowa.

Cons:

Brak wentylacji w łazience i kaloryfera na prąd przez co wilgoć wyczuwało się po wejściu do pokoju. Pokój de luxe, który w opisie miał być z wanną był z prysznicem bez brodzika, krótka szklana ścianka nie chroniła przed zalewaniem wodą całej podłogi. Jak na hotel cztero gwiazdkowy słabe śniadania. Bliskość klubu nocnego, który jest częścią hotelu gwarantuje straszny hałas w weekend. Niektóre Panie w recepcji nieuprzejme, na dzień dobry usłyszeliśmy " nikt tu Państwa na siłę nie trzyma ". Pokój de luxe bez żelazka i deski do prasowania, kapci hotelowych dla gości, a szlafroki cienkie, takie, jak na basen w innych hotelach.

Czystość no i śniadania. Chociaż bardzo przeciętne - zwłaszcza jak na Toruń - bywałem też w innych hotelach więc mam porównanie. Zimna jajecznica czy chłodne parówki to nie są standardy hotelu tej klasy...

Zepsuty telewizor który nie odbiera żadnych programów telewizyjnych a jedynie YOUTUBA, niewygodne maleńkie poduszki, zbyt mały szlafrok /pewnie S a ja jestem XL/, brak jakichkolwiek kapci w pokoju, brak jakiegokolwiek ekspresu do kawy choćby "na kapsułki", zepsuty czajnik do gotowania wody - tzn. z urwaną pokrywką... No niby nic takiego a jednak za coś się jednak płaci...
