Very pet-friendly: They provided a dog bed, bowls, and bags. There is a great park and green areas nearby for walks.
Excellent breakfast: Rich variety.
Staff & Cleanliness: Friendly service and very clean rooms.

Cons:

Disappointing SPA: The outdoor pool was closed (in May). The indoor area felt like a busy public pool because it is open to outside guests. There is only one jacuzzi, and out of three saunas, one was broken and another fit only one person.
Noisy salt cave: You can hear loud noises from the billiard room and kids playing right through the walls.
Weak hair dryer: The room hairdryer is so weak that drying hair takes forever.

שירות וצוות: הצוות היה מקצועי, אדיב ותמיד זמין עם חיוך. ניכר שהם עושים הכל כדי להעניק יחס אישי ולפתור כל בקשה או שאלה באופן מיידי.חדרים: החדרים היו נקיים, מרווחים, מאובזרים היטב ונוחים מאוד לשהייה. המיטה הייתה נוחה והנוף מהחדר הוסיף המון לאווירה.מתקנים ואוכל: האוכל היה פשוט נהדר! מגוון עשיר, טרי וטעים בכל ארוחה. גם שאר מתקני המלון (כמו הבריכה/הספא) היו מתוחזקים ברמה גבוהה.מיקום: המיקום מעולה, קרוב לאטרקציות המרכזיות ונוח מאוד להתניידות.לסיכום, נהנינו מכל רגע ואנחנו בהחלט נחזור להתארח פה שוב. ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש חופשה מפנקת וראש שקט!
