Schmutziges Zimmer in zentraler Lage

Die Lagen zentral in Karakoy ist sehr gut. Viele Cafes, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe...

Cons:

Ich war wegen dem Europa League Finale in Istanbul und habe mir ein relativ zentrales Hotel gewünscht, war jedoch von dem Zimmer sehr enttäuscht. Es war muffig, die Grundhygiene hat einfach nicht gepasst (Toilette und Bad nicht sauber, auch der Boden, usw.), total versiffte Klobürste, keine Seife im Seifenspender, eine Rolle Klopapier (ich musste nachkaufen; auch Seife), Duschschlauch kaputt, Wasser lief nicht richtig ab, die Gartenaussicht ist eine Bausstellenaussicht (dementsprechend morgens von Baustellenlärm geweckt worden), und, und, und...einfach nicht schön. Und dafür ist der Preis selbst mit Rabatt des Gastgebers sowie booking.com immer noch zu teuer.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend und sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm, und das Personal war freundlich.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, attentive and friendly. A big thank you to Berke and all his staff.

Cons:

The windows in the room cannot be opened to freshen the room up but the room is quite large so it wasn’t problematic with the CO2 accumulation.

chambre 302: le jaccuzi très sale, le ménage de la salle de bain n’était pas fait, les rideaux qui pendaient et pas fixé, la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain cassé, le sol n’était pas fait, coupure électrique à l’hôtel

Big room size, openable windows, spa bath, location.

Cons:

Previously there were water, coffee, sugar in the room, this time I had to request for it, also on one of the room, the room service/cleaner tried to come in to my room even though they door was locked and key was attached. It was made aware to the manager/owner.
