Alojamento com muitas deficiências e informação pouco clara.
Pros:

Boa localização e simpatia do anfitrião Faro.

Cons:

Fizemos o booking no entendimento que existiriam dois quartos separados. Mas o que existe não são dois quartos independentes. Existe um quarto que permite intimidade. O outro é aberto junto com sala e cozinha, onde tudo é ouvido (desde o uso do wc), o que não permite o descanso, recuperação e intimidade que pretendíamos. Por outro lado junto ás camas não existem tomadas. O wc precisa de reforma urgente. Em cinco noites não foi trocada a roupa da cama e toalhas. Não foi recolhido o lixo, fomos nós que efetuamos a recolha. Por outro lado existem muito poucos utensílios de cozinha o que não permite retirar proveito da existência da mesma.

L’emplacement est fantastique. Nous avions une petite cuisinette qui a bien servi étant donné les prix des restaurants à Istanbul! Le personnel était très attentionné!

Cons:

Les installations étaient un peu vieilles. Nous avions une chambre dans le sous-sol avec peu de lumière.

Pros:

Personne très à l'écoute nous aide si besoin et surtout merci à Ulaş Yildizbaş pour nous avoir aider à retrouver le téléphone de ma fille qu'on avait perdu

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y a pas le minimum d'ustensiles de cuisine pour un appartement par contre rien à dire sur la vaisselle

The apartment is very well located, close to major attractions such as the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. The staff are extremely kind, always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
