Pros:

Location was great. Amenities were good.

Cons:

I could not set the temperature in the room and it was a bit chill. A bit of renovation would be good as well.

понравился СПА,
Pros:

хороший номер, расположение хорошее. есть все необходимое для отдыха и для кухни.

Cons:

1). отсутствие сахара/соли/пакетиков с чаем/кофе, хотя бы на 1 раз; 2).очень несвежие покрывала на диван, подушечки "подустали", и махровые пледики кажутся несвежими. Чайник частично несправен (крышка не открывается). 3).Оплата по факту проживания (так сказал менеджер в день заезда и не принял плату), т.е. оплачивали в 10 утра в день выезда. это неудобно, т.к. мы хотели выехать раньше и нам пришлось ждать 10 утра, когда откроется ресепшн. 4). в СПА зона, где нужно сушить голову феном неудобно расположена, и двери были распахнуты. сушить голову приходилось на обозрении всего персонала и посетителей. Больше не приду в этот СПА по этой причине.

Nema masinu za ves, nema peglu, nije bilo ni tecnog sapuna za ruke ili obicnog sapuna, nije radio sporet..
