Lovely location, nice room, a few dissapointments.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Lovely room and bed but pillows very hard.
Dinner, pork belly poor, liver and bacon good. Food obviously not prepared on premises.
Malbec wine not good, especially at £29. We left most of it.
Wi Fi not connectable in our suite, obviously poor signal.
We wanted to watch Netflix on TV but unable to.

Leuke kamer annex huisje met parkeren voor de deur en heel ruin

Cons:

Wijnkaart was zeer beperkt.
Etenstijden worden bepaald door busgezelschappen.
In het dorp ontbeten: als je geen cooked breakfast wilt, maar continental, is het ontbijt duur.

Enjoyable stay and very handy for visiting local sites - Canterbury etc
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and service good. I don't eat a cooked breakfast but there seemed to be a good choice. Continental breakfast was all that it should be. Plenty of fresh fruit, good coffee etc.
Room was very clean and a decent size.
Hotel setting lovely

Cons:

If I am being picky I would say that the furnishings in the room were clean but quite tired looking- needed freshening up, particularly the chairs and carpet.
The actual building from the outside doesn't have much kerb appeal which could put some people off.

Guter Zwischenstopp, sehr gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Man hat viel Platz. Alles da, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker mit viel Auswahl. Es gab sogar drei verschiedene Milchalternativen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist schon sehr alt. Das Bett ist je nach Empfinden sehr weich oder komplett durchgelegen und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Die Toilette wackelt und ist nicht mehr am Boden fixiert (bei Unterkunft gemeldet).

Als wir da waren, war es sehr heiß (30°C). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Bei geringeren Temperaturen reichen aber durchaus die Fenster.

Bed was a little hard (appreciate this is personal preference) and only a standard double

Pros:

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location for a base in area.

Cons:

One or two of the squirrels in the grounds looked at my wife funny one morning. Not threatening but she said she felt like they'd go through your bag when you weren't looking. Best keep an eye out if there's more than one about!!

Highly hospitable countryside haven surrounded by sheep-filled fields
Pros:

The hotel is in an absolutely beautiful location right by fields full of sheep (and, when we visited, the cutest young lambs!), but not too far from Faversham itself. We received a wonderful welcome from the owners and the staff were lovely throughout. We also thought that breakfast was really good given the price, and we found our accommodation very cosy.

Cons:

The soundproofing from the neighbouring room wasn't the absolute best (the doors were very noisy, although this may have been because our neighbours were slamming them). Dinner was really good but a few more options, especially non-false-meat options for vegetarians, wouldn't go amiss.

Pros:

Waking uo to the sound of sheep,birds..so lovely to get away from the hustle & Bustle ..lovely experience .would definatley go back 🙂

Cons:

The matress was too soft and very sqeaky everytine you turmed in the bed ..but despite that had 2 nights lovely sleep...other than thw mattress the stay was perfect ....Staff was all very friendly and helpful ..lovely place ..would definatley recommend it 👌

Friendly and welcoming staff from beginning to end x
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable bed. The cooked breakfast was amazing, great produce and huge choice. would come back just for the staff and breakfast. Staff make this feel like a home from home.
