The room was clean good for location to visit family
They had coach party there and only informed me when I arrived which effected the service like reduced room service and evening meal, on my second evening I wanted a meal as the location of the hotel is quite far from the town this was why I booked as it offer evening meals. I was informed due to coach trip customers they could only offer late option from 8pm due to my health I can't eat late so that evening I didn't eat. They didn't want to know it was a matter of fact when I was on the hotel phone talking to the receptionist. This was the second time I booked and I will not be booking again.

The staff are really friendly and happy to help. Room was a good size.
Some areas of cleaning were missed, cobwebs, and dust on bedroom light. It wouldn't stop me from staying again.
Our accommodation was easy to get to and was nice and quiet. We found it to be very spacious

It’s set in a really nice location, peaceful yet close to Faversham town centre.
The staff were incredibly friendly, the lady who checked us in was delightful - it’s a shame I didn’t catch her name… just the Oxford Lady!
Breakfast was lovely, with lots of options.
We stayed in room 45. The concept of the rooms were nice, it felt homely.
However we did find the rooms could improve on the cleanliness for examples cobwebs, dust, debris behind the furniture, blinds were very dusty and the shower leaked. We did find the bed to be extremely uncomfortable and noisy for all the wrong kind of reasons.
Room was lovely, separate bath and shower. Nice size fridge.
