Perfect room with excellent decor and informative check in information
Pros:

Great location for a night at the Hippodrome theatre
Right across the street
Lovely decor , microwave , wine glasses , mini fridge , kettle with complimentary tea & coffee

Pros:

Locatie was prima, afstand tot station was perfect.

Cons:

Verlichting is niet vanuit het bed te schakelen.
Er is geen tafeltje en een leeslamp naast het bed.
Het bed is met 1.90 meter erg kort en omdat er een kast aan het voeteneind van het bed is kan je je benen niet verder uitstrekken.
Er is nauwelijks geluidsisolatie vanuit de ramen. Bijzonder veel lawaai van buiten komt binnen. Met oordoppen slapen is noodzakelijk.

Good location, unfortunately accomodation not up to scratch
Pros:

Location, near to New Street station

Cons:

We had suite 6, it was really small, the bed took up most of the room. Extremely loud music from across the street until 6am. Cleanliness not up to scratch.

Pros:

Perfect for my trip to the Hippodrome. Everything you need on the doorstep. Yes its noisy til the early hours, earplugs recommended! But it didnt affect my enjoyment of the stay. Bed was comfy, Room was clean and stylish. Never heard my neighbours!

Cons:

The lift looked scary, so I avoided that!

Pros:

The location is exceptional, staff is very diligent, and answered all my questions.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was terrible. The bed was dirty beyond acceptable standards, and the mattress was terribly uncomfortable, making it impossible to rest. Additionally, the chairs and carpets were visibly stained. To make matters worse, the bathroom amenities, such as the hair dryer, do not work. I do not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Emplacement très proche de la gare à pieds et accessible via des codes d'accès communiqués en amont. Permet d'arriver de manière 100% autonome.côté.

Il y a une bouilloire et thés dans la chambre. Salle de bain ok et propre.

Cons:

La boîte de nuit en face ferme a 6h du matin et laisse étrangement les portes d'entrée ouvertes avec un vacarme effroyable.

Même avec des bouchons d'oreille le bruit se fait entendre. Heureusement que ce n’etait que pour une seule nuit.

Oreillers pas au top de mon coté.

Smelly room, mouldy bathroom, noisy sink and toilet and overall cleanliness wasn't as expected? Sold as a suite essentially just a room with a below standard bathroom! Pictures make you think your getting something nice but reality isn't what you pay for

Good location, noisy area and beds need new mattresses
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Chinatown.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable and mattress needs replacing. Loud music being played outside the rooms from 4am until about 6.30am very intrusive.

Good location but not comfortable stay generally. The lift is scary ppl always climb steps instead.
Pros:

Good location is the only thing, but meanwhile it was noisy at night as well. A night club is nearby.

Cons:

Not dirty on floor/table/toilet etc, but pillow covers seemed not have been changed and got stains. The mattress was saggy. Not comfortable experience.

A great experience
Pros:

Watching besuty in black for hours while in a comfy bed. Im hooked.
