Pros:

Clean room. Central. Easy to access the room.

Cons:

No staff. All done on key codes. No one answered the phone. No air-conditioning in the room. The lift is genuinely terrifying.

Noisy City centre location
Pros:

City centre location. But this also comes at a price with nightclubs and boy racer cars all around. Pretty much opposite the hippodrome and in China town

Cons:

Warm room. Tiny windows that didnt do much and that you couldn't have open cause of the constant noise outside (night club opened midnight and closed at 6am) not great for trying to sleep.
We had suites 1, 2 and 5 tvs didnt work in 1 & 2 but did in 5.
Fridge was dirty shower in room 1 was dirty.
Beds were comfortable
Entrance is a bit daunting and doesn't give a good first impression

Pros:

Very central and only minutes from the venue that we were going to.

Cons:

There was no coffee only tea and no ordinary milk. There was one set of towels and there were two of us. There were stains on the chair, the bedding and the carpet. The room was very hot (but there was a fan although it made very little difference).

Birmingham is a nice place to see…
Pros:

We really like the hospitality, friendliness and hospitality of the lady who is responsible for the facility. She even let us to ask the manager for an early check in and provide us some extra towels and oat milk since we had our toddler with us.

Cons:

We choice this place because of a show in Hippodrome, therefore was the location very practical but also annoying for falling asleep cause it’s located in the bar district and very loud. If you don’t have any problem with noise this is your place

Great location, Clean
Pros:

Location was brilliant for where we was going out in town. Would defo book again due to the place been clean and all.

Cons:

The lift was something to get use to. Could not open the door to get on to the floor at 3.30am. So was not happy and could not get in contact with anyone. Then the fire alarm going off for a hour at 6am 😩. The host did say I could check out late due to this so win win.
