Obiekt nowoczesny bardzo dobrze utrzymany, mieszkania bardzo atrakcyjne, czyste.

Cons:

Miejsca parkingowe w piwnicy ograniczone wysokością, maksymalna wysokość 2.10m.
Słaba reakcja obsługi i ochrony budynku - w garażu podziemnym gdzie jest monitoring skradziono mi tablice rejestracyjne
i nie znaleziono winowajcy. Oczywiście sprawa została zgłoszona na policję.
