Juste l’emplacement et la piscine

Cons:

Le lit et canapé très salle et pas confortable il faut noter à le changer il n’y a pas assez de serviette il n’y a pas d’ampoules à la salle de bain la porte ne se ferme pas bien et aussi pas d’armoire pour les vêtement il y a un seul placards qui remplit avec plein d’objet salle qui ne servent à rien.

Great Location...Not So Great Hotel

Location was good, Staff were pleasant.Standard of breakfast was acceptable

Cons:

No Parking outside hotel so trying to offload baggage blocks traffic.
No Internet at all for 2 weeks, 3 rooms on different floors all with the same issue, even the lobby was a problem. No air-conditioning in 2 rooms, most guests were complaining, lowest temp was 27 degrees. Cleaners seem to be a problem, bad smells in hallways, room cleanliness was bad, had to change one room from an overpowering smell of wet dog. Creams and perfume seemed to be used by cleaning staff on a number of occasions. Very very poor management. But front staff doing their best to get by.

Todo correcto. Personal amable. Distancia a la playa. En la cocina habia de todo, incluso un kit de limpeza. Ademas habia kit de costura.
El tostador no funcionada pero nos trajeron otro nuevo en el momento.
Nos dejaron guardar las maletas hasta que nos dieron la habitacion.

Cons:

Quizas un poco tarde el chekc-in (15:30h)
El Aparcamiento por la zona es imposible pero hay parking de pago y el hotel tiene parking.

El trato del personal de la recepción y la falta de disposición de resolución. El primer día nos levantamos con dolor de espalda porque los colchones se hundían y no eran cómodos además de dolor de cervicales por la dureza de las almohadas y altura. Le pedimos al hombre de la recepción del turno de mañana del sábado que nos cambiase los colchones de las camas porque se hundían y habíamos pasado mala noche y no nos dio solución solo se limitó a decir que a ver que hacía xq no tenía disponibilidad de habitaciónes. No hizo nada, cuando volvimos habían recogido la habitación sin más. Los baños no tienen gel en el lavabo sólo en la ducha que es el mismo para todo. Aunque el apartahotel está bastante reformado el personal en general deja mucho que desear por la poca amabilidad. Han subido demasiado los precios en proporción calidad/precio y las camas siguen siendo pésimas cuando el descanso es lo principal.

Torakka huoneessa, myrkytyksen jälkeen lakkasi Ilmastointi. Jälleen torakkalöytö, tämän jälkeen saimme uuden huoneen. Hyvitystä saimme aamiaiskuponkien muodossa.
