Comfortable, practical and unique.
Pros:

Its central location in the heart of the old town was amazing! It was surrounded by lots of restaurants, cafes and interesting sites.

An oasis of style, comfort and luxe!
Pros:

Good communication, accurate description of apartment which was a welcome oasis after a day’s exploring of the town. Well-designed and equipped, it was a real treat to stay in an authentic building with architectural character rather than encased within the four grey walls of a hotel!

Cons:

Our only disappointment was that there was no scope for leaving luggage until the apartment became available. Usually there’s an arrangement with a concierge or lobby in the entrance where it can be left. As Montpellier station no longer offers a left luggage service, it was an unwelcome hindrance to carry our luggage around d the town all day until we could access the apartment. Please update the apartment website info to show that the station luggage service las closed.

Absolute Gem.
Pros:

The AC was powerful, the house was always cool and comfortable. It was absolutely gorgeous, stone walls and a spiral staircase. Everything was picturesque and gorgeous. The location was incredible and convenient.

Attention to detail
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and what great use of the space as the high ceilings and loft bedroom give a very airy feeling. Thus property is also well located to various restaurants and entertainment, highly recommend. Very clean and well planned property.

Cons:

One thing to note, the walk from Gare Roch is quite far and I'd recommend catching the light rail to Louis Blanc instead of walking all the way.

Funky and interesting apartment in a great location but lots of very scary stairs.
Pros:

Very funky apartment with a fabulous copper roll top bath.

Cons:

We were sent a scam email with a link to check in requesting a further $400 Euro and my passport information. Which I refused. As this was never replied to I think the site was scammed by a third party. Be careful not to get caught out. I have reported it through booking.com.

Generally good, although we wouldn't come back due to the dust/animal issue and the 400€ deposit.
Pros:

Great location, central yet quiet and the apartment is very funky. It's in a beautiful old and typical Montpellier building. Its on the third floor, though, and the stairs are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Cons:

Just before getting access to the property, we were told we had to leave a 400€ deposit! Shock.
The shower leaked everywhere.
The apartment had had animals in it despite saying "no pets" (I'm allergic to animals and had the relevant reaction).
The eating area is dark and not very comfortable.

Appartement bien situé, très bien décoré, design!

Cons:

Le matelas à changer, pas confortable. La machine à café ne fonctionne pas. Malgré mes signalements, rien n’a été fait sur un séjour de 3 jours. Les serviettes pourraient être aussi moins rêches et plus adaptées.
