Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations and an excellent host made this a wonderful trip! Highly recommend!!

Views were awesome. Security always greeted us nicely every time.

Cons:

The onsite bar wasn’t open which was slightly disappointing but not a big issue

All in all, it’s a great unit on a great property. It was clean & comfortable & we felt safe.
Pros:

Location. Location. Location. Great layout & amenities. Plenty of room. Fantastic view. The ac worked great. Short distance & easy walk to the beach. Numerous restaurants close by with great food.

Cons:

The patio door needs rollers adjusted. Took a lot of effort to open the door. The guest shower could use a new shower head. Preferably one with a hose on it to reach those hard to reach sandy places. I didn’t use the master shower so I don’t know what it had.
I realize this is not an owner issue, but the road going into that area is pretty rough. Drive cautiously.

Pros:

We really liked the view it was beautiful and the property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay especially with the beach morning and night view.

Cons:

We had a beautiful fun stay especially with the beach view. Although we have a couple of things to mention. There was dirty pillows and pillow cases, shower and sink flood and water was not going through, in the bathroom there was different colors of towels, also the top shelf of the closet was messy and as we opend the door things fell out, there was mold in the coffee machine, there was no laundry detergent, detergent containers were put there empty, and there was things left behind from other people. Beds did not have sheets, we had to put one on the bed. There was also no soap or shampoo. Theres etc. We have pictures for proof if you need any. Thank you.

Pros:

Well maintained and fully stocked surrounded by pools and a couple minutes walk to the beach.
Working A/C and very comfortable beds. Smart TVs in every room.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the condo itself. Construction in lower unit was a bit noisy but it started at 10am so not too disruptive. Location is in the resort row about 20 minutes away from the malecon. The pools were hot so not too comfortable in 90 degree humid weather.

Pros:

The view and the pool were the best at my trip.

Cons:

The place is beautiful and wonderful, but the services need improvement, for example, the cooling devices perform poorly. Many of the lighting in the rooms do not work. The water purification device does not work. The faucets in the showers are malfunctioning and water leaks. There are some simple things to add that will comfort the guest, such as providing bags for waste in the kitchen.
