That it had room service, spa, beach access and a partial view of the ocean.
The men at the desk wasn't welcoming and did not offer any champagne nor did they explain any of things that the hotel offered. On top of that, nobody told us how to get to the elevator even though we asked. Then, we originally booked for ocean view and got an room up grade. But the room up great was next to a construction site with a partial open view. The money for the ocean view is never the problem. We came to relax and the construction site kinda ruined it
The location is very good, close to the beach and in a convenient area. For me, this was the main positive aspect of the hotel.
Unfortunately, apart from the location, the overall experience was very disappointing. We had two rooms, and in both of them the toilets barely worked — the flushing was weak and the water hardly went down.
The valet parking service is expensive, and each time we needed the car, we had to wait quite a long time. There is also major construction around the hotel, creating a lot of noise during the day.
The biggest issue for me was the additional charges. Several charges were added without clear explanation or proper notice in advance, including charges that we are still disputing. It felt like we constantly had to check the bill to make sure unexpected fees had not been added.
Overall, despite the good location, I do not recommend this hotel. There are better options nearby with better service and maintenance, without the feeling of unexpected extra charges.

Las habitaciones. Muy pequeñas, faltan cortinas , solo tiene black out por ende debes tenerlas abiertas todo el rato .

La ubicación es excelente, el servicio de la playa es muy bueno. Todo el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El Valet parking funcionan muy bien, en máximo 10 minutos tienes tu coche en la puerta.
La cocina necesita alguna cosas más para cocinar, como sartén pequeña

The hotel was amazing, the view from our room was stunning, especially at night. The staff were exceptional at their work and always friendly and helpful, nothing was ever a problem. And we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne chilling and chocolates in our room when we landed as it was a special trip. The room had everything we needed, air con, American fridge freezer, large cooker and hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine with coffee pods and tea provided.
What i didn't like? Only having one week there, we would have loved to stay a few more days.
All glass windows were dirty and “bay front” room is misleading. The view was busy street and construction. And even though the hotel was not busy they required $100 night to move to ocean front room.
la habitación es muy cómoda y cuenta con todo lo que uno necesita. Igual que la playa que tiene muy buen servicio. Está muy bien ubicado y la atención es excelente.
No me gustó tanto el área de pileta que parece un poco chica si hay mucha gente. Pero tiene entretenimiento para todas las edades
