Nice new place if you like rustic & dirt roads
Pros:

It is a newer facility, whose 3 rooms are very nice but in containers. Daily outside breakfast was nice.

Cons:

When we visited in mid-Oct 2026, there were 2 sweet puppies which barked most of the night & because they were teething, bit & jumped on the guests (dog people) but their behavior was obnoxious. When I asked if they could be restrained for an hour or two for us to have peace at breakfast or later in the day, I was told, they weren’t there dogs.
Then if you book 4 rooms which I did, I apparently missed the fact that only 3 have bathrooms! My mistake but the “bathroom” wasn’t 5 feet from the tent but 20 ft. That coupled with the dogs barking at everything I was concerned they would attack me when I woke up at midnight needing to go to the bathroom!

Todo muuuy bien, las vistas, ubicación, el espacio, 😁, genial!!!

Cons:

Solo al dejar en ka mesa ka caja con pizza inmediatamente se llenó de hormigas, es lo único.

Lugar tranquilo, pero plaga de hormigas arruinó la estancia
Pros:

El lugar es tranquilo y tiene algunas buenas vistas. El encargado respondió cuando reporté el problema y llevó insecticida a la habitación.

Cons:

La propiedad se ve algo descuidada y tiene una plaga de hormigas fuera de control. No se podía estar afuera de la cabaña ni en el área de la alberca, mi perro sufrió varias picaduras y por las noches despertaba con hormigas dentro de la cama. El baño y sanitario están fuera de la habitación, así que cada salida nocturna implicaba exponerse de nuevo. En la recámara, aunque se notaba fumigada, había telarañas y arañas, y terminé durmiendo con el fuerte olor a insecticida. El lugar necesita mantenimiento y control de plagas profesional antes de seguir recibiendo huéspedes; en estas condiciones no es una estancia segura ni cómoda, menos con mascotas.

Cons:

I booked a studio and a chalet and it said in the section about this property that EACH has a private bathroom and one had an outhouse and one a private bath. I had to walk outside 75 feet each way 2 times in the cold night to go to the bathroom. To me, this us 100% false advertising. It also says that it comes with a coffee maker but no bottled water to make the coffee with.
