Sehr teures Essen und minderwertiges Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage der Anlage ist sehr schön. Das Personal war bei der Anreise sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für den Preis sehr klein. Es konnte jeweils nur eine Person ins Bad.
Es gab die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu essen. Es wurde ein Einheitsessen mit Weinbegleitung für 100 Euro angeboten. Dies war enorm überteuert für das was angeboten worden ist. Wenn der Preis deutlich niedriger gewesen wäre, wäre es in Ordnung gewesen.
Das Frühstück war enorm spartanisch. Das Brot, welches abends auf den Tischen gestanden hatte, wurde sehr trocken zum Frühstück angeboten. Es liess sich nicht essen. Wurst oder Käse wurden nicht angeboten.

Generally nice place to get around, shame about the facilities

The property had wonderful views, and good food and clean

Cons:

Lack of information as to facilities in the property. Is also listed as a spa but there was no mention or information regarding this. We left early as no one was on reception and had to leave a message written on a magazine.

Prima delusione con booking
Pros:

La struttura bellissima,ben ricondizionata, pulita, ordinata,letto molto comodo.
Il contesto suggestivo, immerso nel verde ,molto silenzioso. Zona tranquilla.
La vasca idromassaggio in terrazzo vale il viaggio, esperienza molto positiva.

Cons:

In ordine cronologico l' assenza di:
- un "benvenuto" con qualsiasi cosa (caffè, bicchiere di vino...), ricevuto in tutti i posti del mondo in cui sono stata
-sapone (contenitore vuoto nella doccia,semi vuoto nel lavandino)
- asciugamani bidet
-bicchieri dal lavandino
-salviette
-bollitore
- kit di cortesia bagno
- frigobar (c è un frigo, trovato staccato e vuoto) siamo arrivati con 38 gradi esterni
- cassaforte
- colazione insufficiente (2 crostate, 1 vasetto di yogurt con corn flakes, un tipo di pane, 1 tipo di marmellata aperta, 1 succo confezionato), non c'erano scritti ingredienti e allergeni, niente brioche o cornetti.
Camera ben climatizzata ma con rumori di macchinari continui, che disturbano il riposo perché non si fermano neanche di notte.
L area relax è stata molto deludente, perché è una sauna con doccia in una stanza piccola, senza finestre ,senza poltrone o sedie, senza tisane .È stato molto brutto, perché è un servizio che non è compreso nel prezzo , è a pagamento: viene richiesto pagamento sul sito in anticipo di 135 euro con degustazione per due persone (due mezzi bicchieri scarsi di buon vino con taglierino).
L'altra delusione è stato vedere che il prezzo della camera a notte si è
dimezzato per lo stesso periodo, noi abbiamo pagato 400 euro a notte, ora è a 200.

Soggiorno perfetto, accolto e coccolato da Irene e Andrea, persone entusiaste e appassionate. Bravi davvero!
Pros:

Struttura nuova, moderna e tenuta molto bene.
Bella la zona colazioni/degustazioni, molto bella la zona ristorazione al primo piano e belle e accoglienti anche le camere e i dehor esterni. Tutto l’insieme è tenuto molto bene, circondati dalle vigne e dal verde. Stupendo

Pros:

This is a beautiful place in the hills to stay and enjoy the area and lakes. Andrea and his team are wonderful hosts. You can enjoy learning about the art of wine making from him. The hotel has a modern design that makes the most of the stupendous views. We had a meal cooked by Andrea and accompanied by a tasting of the different wines from the estate. Can recommend. And we will return!
