Nice place, lovely location.
Pros:

Cute place with a great location!

Cons:

Very hot with current weather. Fans and ACs were very low power and didn't really help. Not really a Hotel.

Extremely hot, but amusing place.
Pros:

Location. Watching the bears from our window was incredible. Hostess was very nice. Breakfast was served in our house/room and was fresh and good.

Cons:

No AC. Just a fan. Extremely hot. If you are used to a normal temperature and can not stand hot, this is not for you. If boiling is fine for you this will be perfect!

Pros:

If you want the place you're staying at during your trip to Bern to truly become
part of the experience - I would definitely recommend Zollhaus. What an amazing place! Cozy, surprisingly spacious, in a wonderful location. Watching bears while brushing your teeth? Yes please! Waking up to a view people travel just to photograph? Easy! Absolutely worth it!
The staff were very lovely and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I would 100% recommend it

Cons:

I liked everything about the place. The one thing to keep in mind is that it's very close to the road and a touristy area, so you will hear cars and people passing by. It doesn't ruin the experience, just something to be aware of

Rundum ein aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis
Pros:

Tolle, aussergewöhnliche Location, viel Liebe zum Detail, sympathischer Frühstücksservice, perfekter Service durch die sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. In der Hochsaison wahrscheinlich viel touristischer Betrieb rund um den Bärengraben. Für uns kein Problem.

Outständing. Einfach wahnsinn. Soooo toll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Nichts hat gefehlt, an nichts gemangelt. Frühstück sehr liebevoll hergerichtet, absolut genug. Wir kommen wieder

Highly recommend a stay at the ZOLLHAUS one suite hotel. Where else can you have your own home in the midst of the Bern

a unique hotel experience
Pros:

the apartment was definitely unique as it’s situated right on the bridge so the location is obviously undeniable. it was clean and very nicely decorated.

Cons:

not the most comfortable as the AC did not work very well and it was rather hot and we were advised to not open the windows downstairs. it was also a bit stressful with all the tourists constantly looking through the windows and having to make sure that the door was locked so no random people would come in. I’d also recommend another safety lock on the door such as a latch to add that extra peace of mind since it’s such a busy location. the unit was also very very expensive and for the cost, I would have wanted to feel more secure and more comfortable
