Convenient if you have business in Favoriten, but not recommended.
Pros:

It was 2 minutes walk from Reumannplatz and 10 minutes walk to the CEU campus where I was working for a week, which is why I chose this location.

Cons:

My room (Room 5) smelled of mould and cigarettes. I had to use an air freshening candle just to sleep there.
The shower screen wouldn't close properly, and I think this is part of the problem: you have damp and mold in the bathroom underneath the tiles. You can't just tile over it to get rid of structural damp and mould!
My check-in instructions were only available through the booking.com app, which I had not installed on my phone. It was also only on that app that I realised that the telephone number would not be answered, nor would the listed email address.
These things need to be communicated better to people booking the location.
I don't mind that the cleaner took the deposit scheme recycling containers (aluminium cans and PET drink bottles) I was storing to get the deposits back on them for herself, but she could have left back the canvass bag I was storing them in: Actually no, I do mind that! I was clearly storing them to bring them to a shop where I could have got a the price of a meal for that lot!

- mit Silikon geflicktes riesiges Loch im Waschbecken
- fehlende Rauchmelder in zwei Zimmern (hatte ich sofort gemeldet, wurde innerhalb von 7 Tagen nicht behoben)
- defekter Stuhl
- nicht schließendes Fenster
- super lauter Kühlschrank
- fehlende Lichtschalterabdeckung im Flur
- die Eingangstür zum Hotel schließt nicht und ist Tag und Nacht offen
- die Bilder bei booking stimmen nicht mut dem derzeitigen Zustand überein
- das Zimmer, das wir zunächst bekommen sollten, hatte ein Badezimmer übersät mit Schimmel
- Bettdecken sind fleckig
- Handtücher sind alt und haben zum Teil Löcher
- Tür zum Badezimmer schließt nicht
- insgesamt wirkt alles renovierungsbedürftig
Da wir so gut wie nie in den Zimmern waren und wir nach einer Beschwerde Badezimmer ohne Schimmel hatten, haben wir den Zustand ertragen.

Eine sehr gut in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation Reumannplatz gelegene Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Ich erreichte bei der Ankunft telefonisch umgehend jemanden. Der Schlüssel steckte und ich konnte problemlos ins Zimmer. WLAN Passwort funktionierte. Spülen konnte ich, da Spülmittel gestellt wurde. Kühlschrank funktionierte. Ich bekam statt dem gebuchten Einzelzimmer ein Appartement für den selben Preis.

Cons:

Niemand war da vor Ort und alles musste telefonisch geklärt werden. Am Abreisetag konnte ich die eine verlängerte Nacht nicht mehr bezahlen, da keiner da war. Die Rezeption war nicht geöffnet, es gab auch keinen Kaffee und Kuchen. Im Zimmer nebenan war es laut und roch nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Waschbecken war beschädigt. Nur am ersten Tag wurde das Bett gemacht und geputzt, danach nicht mehr.

1 éjszakára megteszi, hosszabb tartózkodásra nem ajánlom.
Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, de csendes. A szoba tiszta, bútorok rendezettek, az ágy kényelmes.

Cons:

A konyhai lámpa kiégett, tv-t nem lehetett bekapcsolni. A zuhanykabin ajtaja leszakadt, wifi kódot nem kaptunk. A fűtést nem lehetett megfelelően szabályozni. Kisebb anyagi ráfordítással és megfelelő karbantartással korrekt szállás lehetne.

Very disappointed
Pros:

It looked like a nice place to stay if I was able to get my room.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that I never received my access code to get a key. No one answered my many many calls and after getting a hold of someone via email they gave me a code but it did not work after numerous trys. I spent several hours in the lobby and finally gave up and had to find another hotel elsewhere and could not get a refund. I would suggest to always have a person who can answer the phone at concierge who can assist in these matters, because their were 2 other people that day who also could not get access to their rooms.

Pros:

Zimmer war schön und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Das Bett war extrem gemütlich und die Lage war nicht schlecht.

Cons:

Haus selber ist nicht schön, das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
