Pros:

Fantastic location and really lovely staff

Cons:

The beds need an upgrade, no fan over stove so didn't want to cook as sprinkler in kitchen. Plus we.booked for the indoor pool and we weren't informed it was being renovated until we got there

Pros:

It was in an amazing location, right near the beach and all the food and shopping areas. Right near Cavil Avenue station for the tram too. The view was gorgeous

Cons:

The bed was squishy and was just two singles pushed together until we zipped them up, and the room itself was a little old with squeaky doors and what not.

I like the location.

Cons:

We booked a room with a double bed, but instead we were given two single beds pushed together. This was very uncomfortable and not what we expected based on our booking. We were disappointed with the arrangement, as it affected the quality of our stay.

Beautiful and comfortable
Pros:

Location was near to shops, beach, tram and also the view/sound of the ocean
Swimming pool area and tennis court were great
Plenty of power points in the room

Cons:

Requirement to throw rubbish and clear fridge before check out,, but understandable

Parking cost, facilities not available and bond should be made very clear online

The location and views were great 😀

Cons:

The pools and spa were cold.
The sauna waa closed for repairs.
On booking.com it read free parking when I booked. However parking was $20

clean and comfortable stay with a perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location. Exactly what we expected and exactly what we were after. Quiet, clean and comfortable. A few minor quirks but nothing that bothered us. We found it great value for our money.

景色はとても良かったです

Cons:

日曜午後にチェックインしたらフロントはしまっていてセキュリティBOXの中にルームキーが入ってました、部屋に行ったらベッドの布団はぐちゃぐちゃでタオルは床に丸めて置いてありました。
部屋の清掃はおわってないとホテル側に伝えるため電話したところ、録音メッセージでしか対応されず、この状況では宿泊出来ないと慌てて近くのホテルを予約しました。

その汚い部屋の画像をアップしようとしましたが、bookingドットコムの選択した画像しか使えませんとなり、部屋の状況をお見せできないのが残念です。
