The location was excellent, virtually on the promenade at Surfers Paradise, just metres from the beach and adjacent to restaurants and bars. The room provided great panoramic views of the ocean with sound of the surf breaking onto the sand.
The room was dated and a little tired. The room was tidy and, superficially, clean. The towel rail in the bathroom was broken, the shower door didn’t close properly, the toilet seat was loose and I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. I stayed over a weekend and there were no staff on duty.
Its in a great spot close to everything beach cavill avenue public transport

You can't beat the view, the location, free parking and great value for money
The bathroom is a bit rundown, so if that's more important to you than Great Views, Location and price $$, then maybe not for you.
The view from the room was loverly and the bed was comfotable, good pillows. The apartment isn't flash, however for what we paid we were happy with the price and quality. The pool and spa were great. Kitchen was fine to cook in.

Location was excellent and after hours access on arrival was seamless
Easy access walking to shops, food and views fantastic. Once car was parked in security carpark could walk to everything.Pool was clean and grounds very tidy. Staff were helpful when arriving.

The view was amazing
The unit was tired and warn out neededs a good renovation and clean. The bed was 2 mattress on the floor with the head board attached to the wall everytime you rolled over and hit the head board it thumped on the wall.

Cigarettes smoke in apartment
The view was amazing! It was clean and ok for the 2 nights we stayed there.
The ensuite was dated and in desperate need of renovation - note that the vanity was built way too low so anyone above 5ft would struggle to use.
The only aircon unit was in the living space - there needs to be one installed in the master bedroom. You can’t have the balcony door open at night due to noise at street level. I would appreciate an aircon over the huge tv any day
The mirrors everywhere caused a lot of issues with my children waking at night - they were disorientated with all the mirrors around. Probably 70% of walls were mirrored

The bedroom was not that good wardrobe was broken and shower needs to be cleaned otherwise all good
The view was amazing and location was excellent. Late check in/out was straight forward and easy.
The hotel was extremely dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained.
There were no basic cleaning supplies or toiletries provided, including dish soap, surface wipes or cloths or shower products. The room does not get cleaned at all during your stay so if you do use any items from the kites they have to be stacked in the sink dirty until you leave.
The bedroom lacked proper bedding, only providing a sheet forcing us to use a dirty blanket from the cupboard.
The entire space was unhygienic, dusty, dirty carpets, grime-filled bathroom corners, and visible filth like stains on the walls. With the room not being cleaned the entire stay, you are forced to use the same towels over and over again, with the minimal amount of linen provided in the first place and no cleaning supplies to clean them.
The living areas were run down and dirty with the couch having a massive amount of filth in the cracks, including ear cleaners. We even found the remote and a steak knife hidden in the couch, highlighting how poorly the room had been cleaned.
