I couldn't have wanted anymore. Great staff, great rooms, fabulous view and so close to everything.
Pros:

The apartment had all you would need. It was a great size, the bed was very comfortable. The look and furniture were on point and comfortable. I felt safe walking around by myself both night and day. The hotel is so close to everything you could need or want. The staff were exceptional and so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. My favourite thing was the beach / ocean view - spectacular from the bedroom and living room. I just loved my stay here and I will most definitely rebook. Highly recommend it

Location was wonderful, close to everything.
Loved the view of the sea, except for the big open space in front of the ocean and hotel. Liked the space in the room. I liked the free use of the laundry.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner, mould on shower, shower walls were dirty, mould behind the sliding door, broken tiles on balcony floor - needs fixing. No doona, only blankets, i didnt like that. I also didnt like that the time for the space use was closed at 9pm, maybe extend this to 10pm. Also need a bigger bin in the apartment. Check clips on curtains - some broken. And also the shower ran cold quickly, i dont take lomg showers at all. Thanks

Pros:

The location was excellent, virtually on the promenade at Surfers Paradise, just metres from the beach and adjacent to restaurants and bars. The room provided great panoramic views of the ocean with sound of the surf breaking onto the sand.

Cons:

The room was dated and a little tired. The room was tidy and, superficially, clean. The towel rail in the bathroom was broken, the shower door didn’t close properly, the toilet seat was loose and I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. I stayed over a weekend and there were no staff on duty.

You can't beat the view, the location, free parking and great value for money

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit rundown, so if that's more important to you than Great Views, Location and price $$, then maybe not for you.

Pros:

The view from the room was loverly and the bed was comfotable, good pillows. The apartment isn't flash, however for what we paid we were happy with the price and quality. The pool and spa were great. Kitchen was fine to cook in.

Easy access walking to shops, food and views fantastic. Once car was parked in security carpark could walk to everything.Pool was clean and grounds very tidy. Staff were helpful when arriving.
