Mantra French Quarter is undergoing upgrades, including building repainting, apartment renovations, and pool area tile work. Works take place on weekdays from 8am to 4pm and may involve noise. All facilities remain open.

Renovation work is taking place from 8:00am to 4:00pm Mon – Fri . The Individual Apartment Refurbishments are in progress with some noisy works expected. We apologies for any inconvenience.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Loved Hastings Street.

Hearing the pool gate open & slam shut all the time.

Dissapointing as we were treating our children and baby daughter to a holiday where I grew up.

Run down, coffee table broken corners and we had a one year old so had to cover, laundry access terrible as sliding doors did not work properly, toaster terrible, no hair drier

Perfect Hastings St location.
Pros:

Perfect location to beach and Hastings street. While it's away from the central part of the street it was the perfect end for morning walks, Beach access, morning coffee and near everything we needed. Resort pool that was heated which made it perfect for our 'winter' weekend (was gorgeous weather too). Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Small glitches with a tv and motion light staying on all night but mentioned to reception the next morning and they had maintenance on it. Any accommodation on Hastings is more expensive, but this felt worth it for the location and proximity to everything.

Pros:

Location was great. The pool area was lovely and well kept.
The apartments were well equipped and quiet.

Cons:

I was very dissatisfied with the apartment. It was tired. Decor 1990’s
The carpet was dirty and the cleaning was below my expectations. Dirty marks on walls, carpet, the couch was very dirty, the door tracks to outside were dirty.
The sink was stained and generally the apartment was not what I had hoped for.
The area outsider the apartment on the way to the lift was very slippery when wet.
The lift to the east wing was musty

Would have loved earlier check in as we were travelling for a lunch. We gave plently of notice and understand turnover etc but would have loved it
