Cons:

Reservamos esta hospedagem pelas fotos anunciadas no Booking, especialmente pela piscina com vista para o mar e acesso direto à praia. Essa estrutura foi determinante para a nossa escolha.

No entanto, na metade da estadia, a área da piscina foi transformada em camarotes privados para o carnaval. Como consequência, perdemos o acesso direto à praia, a vista para o mar e a possibilidade de utilizar a piscina — exatamente os principais atrativos anunciados no momento da reserva.

Diante da alteração substancial das condições contratadas, foi oferecido o reembolso de apenas duas das sete noites pagas.

Além disso, recebi um áudio da proprietária contendo ofensas pessoais, nas quais ela afirma ter “perdido mais de seiscentos reais para uma maluca de merda que deve ter saído do inferno”. O áudio está devidamente registrado.

Considero que houve descumprimento das condições anunciadas e uma conduta absolutamente incompatível com uma prestação de serviço profissional e respeitosa.

Recomendo que futuros hóspedes confirmem por escrito a manutenção do acesso às áreas divulgadas, especialmente em períodos de eventos como o carnaval.

Minha experiência foi marcada por frustração, alteração unilateral das condições da hospedagem e tratamento desrespeitoso.

La zona es exelente, el dto es cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una comoda estadía, 15 minutos del centro histórico, frente a la playa de barra, y el personal del hotel es excelente. Siempre atentos siempre con una sonrisa..fue una gran experiencia...

Very good apartment on the beach
Pros:

Excellent location - close to cheap and more expensive restaurants, and on the beach. Very helpful and understanding host, Cristiane, who responded quickly and tried to help us find things to see and do. The apartment is well organised - coffee making in the kitchen, fans and air conditioner, regular cleaning (everything was kept very clean), very good shower, can dry clothes here. The staff were friendly and it felt safe for foreigners. They looked after our luggage.

Cons:

There were some maintenance repairs on the outside of the building. These had been stopped.
